This hotel was great, and the actual room was very clean, basically brand new post renovation. The rest of the hotel, though, is under renovation. Corridors are sectioned off, the front desk is in another location entirely, and breakfast is as well (making it very tight.) It'll be 10/10 for me after the renovation is complete. Of note, in the hotel room, they overlooked plugs near the bed and you need to remove a panel on the nightstand to access plugs.

The hotel is a construction site.Itshould have closed for 10 days to allow the construction team to complete its work.Everybody was getting in each others way.The breakfast room was in poor condition and the breakfast really bad in terms of range and quality. The bedroom was clean but the hot water was only lukewarm. All in all a very bad experience from a Hyatt.

In the middle of restoration. Leaned on hand rail in elevator and it fell off the wall. Shuttle service was excellent from airport and also to cruiseport. Very basic.

The stay was good, the room was very nice and comfortable (except for the feather pillows; I don’t prefer them but the staff brought me non-feather ones so…) friends of mine that travelled with me said the breakfast wasn’t great (I opted for a sleep in) but the location of the hotel is great and it’s being renovated. The only reason I cannot give a 5* is because I feel that communication about the hotel being under a major renovation wasn’t made obvious to me at the time of booking. Truthfully, I likely would’ve opted for another hotel if I knew this. That said, overall good and I would return

Great location but the ongoing work at the hotel made it a less than average experience. Biggest challenge was lack of elevator use and the tiny makeshift breakfast facility.
