Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was more than sufficient. The room had a moldy smell which was unfortunate. The overflow parking in back felt a bit sketchy as there were people loitering who were not guests of the hotel. Being close to the highway, though, was nice.

Basic hotel with most amenities free parking toiletries free breakfast. Gym no pool A bit run down in rooms but overall clean except for appearance of mildew in bathroom tub area. Air conditioning unit old and damp air with a smell of a fragrance which i guess is hiding the age of the air conditioning unit. Also ceiling looked like there was a repair. Light in entrance was not working staff very pleasant

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very accommodating. There is plenty of parking and some very good restaurants within walking distance. The gentleman who worked the front desk- Charlie- he was awesome. I plan to stay again when I return to the area.

I am very pleased with the comfort inn. It's very clean and quiet the staff is friendly maid service is beyond satisfactory. Overall I was surprised on how well the hotel is run and the continental breakfast is hot and it'very good. Also the price for a room is reasonable and definitely worth it.

So smelly. Moldy, musty, and the only way I can describe the smell is an old used toilet. Nauseating. You're hit with a strange smell immediately upon entering the hotel itself. Seemed like this place might have been nice about a decade ago. Really tried to find redeeming qualities, but my husband and myself had severe congestion any time we spent more than a half hour in the room. You could see water stains on the ceiling, the AC did not help anything. Very dark room, probably to mask the stains all over everything including the carpet. We checked out a day early, and the person at the desk wasn't even curious about why. Overpriced for what it is. Do not stay here if you have allergies, asthma, or any sensitivities/breathing issues. Good reviews sound like they're paid for. Really mind boggling. Gross.

The room had a terrible odor all weekend, carpets were stained, the windows were terribly filthy and falling apart, spider webs all around them, shower curtain rod was bent down so the floor would be soaking wet, the laundry room and equipment was filthy, the floor was coming up in the entrance and just covered over with a mat, some bumy looking people hanging around all weekend(we believe they stay there long term), come back to the place and there shady individuals partying in the parking lot for hours on end blasting music with obscene language when I have a 2 yo and 7 yo kid with me and no one seems to care…unreal

While they boast newly renovated, that pertains to the lobby only. Rooms are old and smell like an old hotel room. Bathroom sink was so clogged nothing would drain. Staring at my shavings and toothpaste spit float was disgusting. AC units create this cold, wet, film in the room. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the surrounding rooms and hallway. Shower takes 10 minutes to get Luke warm. I didn’t even dare try the “breakfast”. Never going back.

Everything was great except for the fact that we were expecting to meet a new client and when they asked which way our room was, the desk agent asked if they were here for the suit and tie party? Then proceed to tell then that when we checked in we came in separately and were very rowdy! How dare he tell that to people! With that the new prospective clients were turned off to meeting and we lost several thousands of dollarsand a new customer. Funny thing is even we checked in here seemed like the nicest guy in the world and turned our to be a complete moron! Needless to say, after decades of enjoying Comfort Inns all over, this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had.

The location is perfect- very close to the interstate and right in the middle of Long Island. The staff were very helpful, friendly and quick. The room had good solid furniture and bathroom, but the INSANELY strong smell of cleaning product gave us headaches. We had to keep the window open and the AC (which was blasted to max, freezing the room) off to make it tolerable.

The check in was fantastic. $100 USD deposit for each room is a little excessive but it is what it is. Room was super clean, fantastic breakfast and good nights sleep without any noise. All in all great place to stay for the price. Area around the hotel is not the greatest.

If you need a spot to stay close to 100 things (a Dunkin, a Starbucks, a bagel spot, target, etc) this was perfect. The staff were so kind and we are so grateful- they went out of their way for a family member which was wonderful! Breakfast had a great selection, a perfect place to stay if you have a family!

This day was exactly the way it is supposed to be. Friendly, greeting and check in. Clean room. Spacious room. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Make your own waffles. Scrambled eggs and sausage patties. In addition to anything else you might want.
