When waiting at the airport for the hotel transportation, that didn't show. I called the hotel several times with no answer. After 40 min we decided to takeva taxi. When i got to the hotel to check in, i told the clerk about not getting picked up. She informed me that the driver went to a different area, i told her I had no idea we were supposed to go to that area it was our first time there. She said I told you that ma'am, when in reality I never heard it she was very short on the phone call and hung up on me quickly. That area of service needs is lacking.

Great hotel to stay at before a cruise. Our only feedback is the pool needs a restoration. It’s very weathered, water was freezing, and lots of leaves, bugs floating in the water. Didn’t go in the hot tub as it didn’t look too clean, but I think likely more that it’s old and discoloured than unsanitary but I didn’t want to risk it.

Beds were very uncomfortable. It took 3 hours to get our room. While we waited other parties came in and got their rooms within a half hour. Bathroom was a nightmare with water running all over the floor. Almost slipped several times. Rooms may have been remodeled but they painted over hair stuck on the wall. Flooring was not clean in sitting area and we had no remote for tv in that area. Called front desk and no one ever came to deliver us a remote. The pool area photos are deceiving as it clearly does not resemble the photos on the website and the pool was constantly cloudy and not clear. Very disappointed with this hotel.

I didnt like that i had to request for my room to be cleaned. When i arrived, i was told room service would come every other day. My room was NEVER cleaned. Aftwe r the 3rd day of being there, i noticed mynroom was still NOT CLEANED and i needed new towels. I asked the cleaning staff in the hallway if they could clean my room and they said i wasnt on the list. I had to request for service. I didnt have to request for my money to be taken out when i reserved the room so why did i have to wait so long for service. The room also had a smell upon entering.

The lobby of the hotel was nice. The room was very plain the beds were mushy and it was absolutely no water pressure in any of the bathroom facilities. The shower was awful sink was awful toilet bowl was awful this is the lowest water pressure I've ever encountered in my entire life terrible

The hotel staff were terrible. Upon checking in they were not capable of handling the check in / check out customers. There was a lot of confusion. When we finally checked in and went to sign the receipt we noticed the name on the receipt/room was not our name. We immediately informed the clerk who said I am sorry I charged your credit card to someone else room, but I will post a credit immediately. She then proceeded to charge us for our room. Five days later we noticed our Amex had 2 hotel room charges and she never processed the credit for the wrong room. My husband called the hotel who stated that they need to verify the situation with the clerk. Of course we haven’t heard from the hotel so now we are disputing with Amex.

Great place and super clean with only one drawback...right next to the airport. All night long planes coming in and out was very loud. You could even feel the vibration of a few aircraft. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights before our cruise and had asked for adjoining rooms. We arrived late in the evening and they did not have any adjoining rooms available, which I understand can happen. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and apologetic and had to put one room on the 1st floor and the other one on the 3rd floor. In the morning I went and spoke to the lady at the desk and asked her if she could please move us all to the same floor. She was rather rude and said no, that would make an extra room to clean. I stated we had requested adjoining rooms in our reservation. She did not care - she really could use a course in customer service. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was your typical hotel lobby breakfast. The area is more of an industrial area, but there is a Wendy's right next door which was handy.

We stayed here for two nights before our cruise. It was comfortable, accessible as it's close to the sea/airport. They have complimentary airport shuttle which is convenient, but you need to call the hotel once you are at the airport. Difficult for those who doesn't have access to phone calls internationally. I was trying to connect with them few days ago thru their contact details in expedia but it doesn't allow. Someone has to fix this issue between expedia and the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is fair enough. The room is huge but the washroom is a mess after shower as water would flow on the tiles where you step in making it a big risk for fall/slide. They should put a partition between the shower room and the toilet. I would re-think about staying in this hotel again.

We didn’t give it a 5/5 but we stay here every time we have a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. Location is close to airport and seaport. The property is a bit old but clean. I think they renovated a few years ago. Most of the staff are friendly/professional. Paid parking - and parking is scarce when they are nearly full. Overall, we are pleased and will stay here again and again.
