Stayed 1 night

The worst hotel experience we've ever had! We were lectured by the clerk for 15 minutes before he gave us keys to the only room situated in the back side of the motel that had a porch entryway that was full of trash that we had to walk through in order to enter the room. After seeing the condition we went back to the clerk and said there was absolutely no way we could stay under these conditions. I called the booking agency to tell them this hotel does not meet their standard and I needed to have my money refunded. The answering service assured me I would be contacted to discuss the issue that we experienced, which I never was. We have been customers for many years we are gold star members and I am disappointed that they are not making this right with me.
