Very nice 3 bed/2 bath home very close to downtown. Easily walked to the Durham Performing Arts Center (about 1.1 miles). Host was very easy to work with!

The sunroom converted to sleeping space was too cold to use (obviously not on the HVAC system., Luckily, we only needed two bedrooms. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms and the large updated kitchen was a huge plus. Only negative was that the place lacked any character or design and had a lack of furniture, specifically in bedrooms.

Beautiful area and great location to downtown. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed the porch. House had all the basic amenities, a bit dated, but a great price.
