The toilet, sink and bathtub were clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable and clean but the base of the bed was a strange metal thing that made weird sounds when you sat on it. The motel is small and old. The outside looks reasonably well maintained, but the walls, woodwork and floors inside our room were creepy. There were no amenities at all; in fact, we didn't even have bedside lamps, and the overhead lights were very dim. The manager was nice, and he seemed anxious to please, but could only do so much. The price of the room was ridiculous, considering what we got. I assume they can charge this, because Liberty University is nearby, and the nicer hotels nearer to campus get booked early on any weekend when there are events.

I like quick straight to the point, I don’t like small talk. And that’s exactly what I got. Only thing I didn’t like was that the room didn’t smell that great but wasn’t horrible. Definitely a quick fix. And the beds were uncomfortable.
