The hotel is in a terrible part of St. Louis. When we arrived, we stood at the front window for at least 15 minutes, waiting for someone to come to the window. The room just didn't look or feel clean; then roaches started coming out. The microwave in the room did not work - we were tired and decided to go to the store to buy a couple of frozen meals to put into the microwave and eat in. The microwave did not work, so my husband went down to the window and reported it. The owner allowed him to use the microwave in the eating area. However, the left my meal uncooked. Why couldn't he quickly switch out the microwave??? I would never use this hotel again.

The room was clean but it was quite noisy. We had a king room but there were only 2 small pillows. When I asked for more, I was told there were none available. That was very disappointing and made sleeping very uncomfortable.

The only hotel amongst a pretty shady neighborhood. Room was cleanish, lots of broken things, light bulbs out. Gym was closed for use, there's nothing within walking distance and honestly even if there was probably not safe to do so. I checked in later and when I got into my room noticed for a king bed only 3 child size pillows, I called to ask for extra pillows and towels and the lady was RUDE said they don't provide those at night ... Yeah won't be staying here again!
