Really enjoyed this property and will be back. It was clean, great parking, tucked off on its own, yet surrounded by walkable eateries and other shopping. The staff was kind which is a rare type in customer service these days. The food was standard.

Long trip and stayed the night. We make this road trip often and like staying here. Roomy rooms always clean and breakfast always good.Free safe parking. We came in late 12a and could only get 30minute later check out for free and first time we’ve been told a charge for later check out.

Parking lot could use more lighting. Checking in is easy and staff is friendly. The facility is clean, although wear something on your feet in the rooms, the floors could be cleaner. The safe in our room didn’t work and maintenance staff was unable to fix it. The sink and tub were slow to drain but overall the room was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of dining options in the area. We did notice someone loitering in the parking lot next to the hotel but we felt safe and did not have any issues.

Service was great, rate was great, but once we got to our room, my kids were relaxing on the bed and when my daughter moved, you could hear a metal clinging sound. It seemed to be the bed frame. That night while sleeping, anytime I moved, that’s all you could hear. AC took some time to cool down. Also found some mold around the seal of the outside on the bath tub.

AYres hotel is a classic hotel,I love the decor. However, my room #313 has a funny smell. Carpet needs shampoo. Usually all hotels I’ve stayed they provide hot pot and bottle waters but Ayres does not.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I was disappointed to say the least. The bathroom was dirty and a slight urine order by the little refrigerator. The walls are also thin. I could here a child crying all evening, and people walking in the hall. Breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable, and the staff are very polite. The rest of the hotel was clean and nice looking. I paid a lot for the 1 night so i guess i expected a cleaner room. I tried to upload photos but was unable to.

I love my 2 nights stayed here the parking is free easy to find the spot. The front desk Pedro was really nice and friendly. I love the breakfast buffet that you can have an omelette, I love the place surrounded by lots of restaurants. Close to the freeway, the room that we have 310 is so spacious and the bed smell fresh. All in all I give 4 stars rate on this hotel. Everything is good except the door is loud when it close by itself. But other than that it was great our 2 nights stayed. I will recommend this place to my friends if they are going to Chino Hills CA. We definitely gonna comeback if we are going back to Chino Hills.

Overall, great stay there. I really appreciate the staff being so honest and helpful in getting me back my makeup bag I left beyond after I checked out of the hotel. AC stopped working in the middle of the night; thought to switch rooms, and decided not to only to have their employee show up and start unlocking our room at 2AM. After she heard our dogs, she didn’t stop and I had to get up, go to the door and ask what came over her and ask her to leave.

Everything was great except the staff bothers you to check out before time and they don't give you an extra hour of courtesy for checkout time. Housekeeping came to my room at least 3 times before checkout time and interrupted my sleep and changing time by walking in the room after only knocking, once... Checking in at the front desk was great. The staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was delicious and I did love the made to order omelets. Staying here again after a very tiring working shift is debatable.

The property is great and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was, I called the front desk to ask for bodywash and shampoo. Michel stated he would be sending housing keeping with both. I never received them and wanted 10 mins wet for them to come up. Lucky I brought some body wash with me and was able to shower.

2 check in staff at front desk. One not friendly and did not greet or welcome upon arrival. Slightly off putting for initial impression. The other woman who ended up helping us was very professional and friendly. Check in was quick. Property was clean and pleasantly minimalistic. Room was clean with just the necessities. Microwave was an unexpected amenity we did not use for our one night stay, but would be an added bonus for longer stays. Hotel was in a shopping / strip mall area next to a Lowe’s. Slightly odd but once inside you do not feel you are in a shopping center. Overall affordable clean hotel, convenient location for nearby activities, family friendly. Free breakfast was a bonus! Would stay again.

My parents are elderly and we came out, not intending to stay longer, but it became necessary. The hotel is clean. It met every expectation great food for breakfast. Our only complaint is when we had to extend our visit. They took a second deposit and we extended again and they took a third deposit Stayed in the same room. I chose not to have it serviced because we had stuff everywhere and we weren’t sure about when we were leaving. .

Overall, we had a nice stay. It's close to a lot of restaurants and the room was clean. We especially liked the separate counter for the coffee bar and the room was quite spacious. The food offered for breakfast was just ok - the waffles were the best part. If other breakfast food is desired, there's a Corner Bakery nearby.

The hotel location was near multiple restaurants which was convenient. Overall the restaurant is one we would stay at again. We were disappointed that the breakfast did not have a choice of an omelete on Sunday but was offered on Monday. When our room was cleaned the two plastic cups we used the night before were not replaced.

Ayres is a great family owned hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could’ve stayed longer. It’s clean and beautiful with Moroccan style decor. Our room had a vaulted ceiling with a fan. They offer an amazing breakfast, with so many options and a cook! They have a buffet style breakfast, and you have the option to order an omelette or fried eggs. They have a pool, and workout room (gym).
