Overall the room was nice, beds were very comfy. The carpet could use a good cleaning. They had a big fan in the hall going apparently to dry out carpet. Breakfast was just standard. Could use improvement.

The clean room wasn’t enough to save this stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The front desk staff was unhelpful when I requested extra blankets, I was sent back to my room to look for them myself, only to return and report there were none, there was no where for them to even be when I first requested them. At that point, just one blanket was brought, despite my asking for two. To top it off, the staff member felt the need to add, “Make sure it stays in the room.” I’m still not sure where she thought a hotel blanket might otherwise end up. The breakfast left something to be desired as well, the gravy was served cold and the apple juice was unpleasant. Noise was also a recurring issue. Guests were loud well past 11pm and again before 6am, and housekeeping was making noise in the hallway before 8am, not exactly a restful experience. I’d hope management takes guest comfort and basic hospitality more seriously. A clean room is a baseline, not a selling point.
