Staff was friendly when they could be found. Room was as described but seems to not have been maintained properly. Family of 6 checked into suite with only 2 towels no toilet paper and no sheets on or left for the pullout. Almost all the electrical sockets didn’t work in the room. The pool was closed. Luckily we only stayed two nights to attend a wedding. The free breakfast had lots of options and was the best part of the stay!

It was a nice stay. We stayed 3 nights. My kids were able to enjoy the pool and gym. It was booked but you couldn’t really tell until breakfast. The selection was nice. Usually stay at a different hotel closer in the city but it’s under construction and I think I’ve found my new hotel gem until I move back to the area.

Customer service is my top priority, and everyone here was incredibly friendly and attentive. The property features a small pool and gym, which were a nice touch. I especially appreciated the in-room kitchen and the complimentary basic breakfast.

Overall the stay was good. I will start with the not so great. The "handicap accessible" room was not so accessible. There is only one elevator and the room is on the 3rd floor. If the elevator went out we would be screwed. The room can NOT get wheelchairs through due to the furniture placement. We had to slide furniture around to make it easier and still had to carry my daughter in because we could not fit her wheelchair past the bed and wall space. The shower curtain does not go down far enough in the shower and floods the bathroom every time you use it. The dryer stopped working while i was doing laundry amd we had to find a laundry mat. The breakfast was the same thing every day and not much variety at all. The good. The service was AMAZING. Mario was cool and my girls loved him...lol Then shout out to Bernon (said vernon with a B hope i spelled it right) WE LOVED HIM!!! He was incredibly helpful when we needed anything at all. The hotel itself was pretty decent for what we paid and we would definitely stay there again if I brought all the kiddos. We did like it there and again the people were amazing.

It was nice and quiet. The pool had some gunk in it, but didn’t stop the kids from having a blast out there. Our carpet was still wet from the carpet cleaner. None of the outlets worked for our phone chargers. The hair dryer didn’t work. The toilet didn’t flush. The maintenance guy/cleaner was AWESOME. He accompanied all of our needs. Breakfast was delicious. For a quick dip in the pool and a place to lay our heads it was a decent stay.

When we checked in and got to the room we realized we were in the wrong room. We booked a suite and was given just a regular room. So i had to go back to the desk and show the clerk my booking that i had a suite. He kept insting that he will upgrade me for free even though we already had booked a suite. The beds are supposed to be queens and they are not true queen beds they are the same size as a full/double not a queen. We also had issues with the bedding had to go ask front desk for pillows, sheets and comforter as there was none in the room. Also had to get wash cloths. The ones in the room were stained and dirty. The walls and surfaces had dust on them and were discolored like it was smoked in. The Elevator kept getting stuck and was in need of some repairs. Some of the halls smelled like smoke. The air in the room worked great in the main room but not so much in the bed room it stayed hot in the bedroom. Alot of the plugs were wore out and loose. Was not any exhaust fan in the bathroom either. This stay was just not good. The hotel has potential but it needs some serious upgrades and tlc.

Everything was ok. The only complaint we have is that there weren’t an ice machine in any of the floors. According to them because the freezer in the refrigerator had an ice maker but ours didn’t work at all. When we wanted to get ice there wasn’t any to be found. We complained but nothin happened. Apart for that the hotels was good. I’ll give it 3.5 stars out of 5

We could not stay at this property. The room was dirty and the smell was terrible. One of the members of my party has allergies and her eyes were red for hours after only being in the room 5 minutes. We should receive a refund as we could not use this room. I believe the room number was 325.

The hotel smells really bad, it smells like cigarettes even though the room says it is smoke-free. The breakfast is also very limited and bad. They need to do something about the cockroaches. They never cleaned the room. The girl who helped us at the reception is very friendly. The hotel looks really nice from the outside, but the rooms are dirty and have cockroaches.

It was sketch. Nothing like photos and there were roaches…German cockroaches which are SUPER HARD to get rid of if they end up coming home with you via your luggage (they’re small) and large cockroaches! Won’t stay here again!!!!!

Convenient location. Room was not clean. Dirty refrigerator, counters, sink, dishes. Found a used water bottle under window. Hair in sink. Bed was comfortable. Not enough food or coffee at breakfast. Out of food with 40 minutes still to go of service.

My second night I was woken up by bed bugs at 2am. I was moved to another room but restless night because of the situation. The hotel was ok but seemed more like a place where evicted or homeless lived. I do have sympathy for people in a bad place or hard times but it wasn’t a hotel for people traveling for business. I have added photos of 2 bugs on my sheets, a blood stain from where I killed one and the bites on my leg. This is very disturbing, I had to leave my clothes outside, spray my luggage and take extra steps so my home doesn’t become invested. I would like at least some type of compensation. You don’t want my wife posting this on social media.

My specific room #305 was terrible. There is a bright light outside the window and thin curtains that do not block. It is really bad like trying to sleep in daylight. I called front desk to ask about getting a different room but nobody answered. This room should not be sold until the window shade and curtains are modified. I would guess other rooms are fine. I would bet that I am not the first to complain it is sooo far below what I expect

Not the best. First to rooms smelled horrible from smoking. It’s all one could smell and could actually smell it from outside the room. The third room smelled musky. The AC worked but barely.

The front desk clerk was rude and barely spoke during check in. The hotel has a bad odor. The bedroom had black lint all over the bed, the bathtub was dirty, and the room smelled awful. The door barely shut. There were several gentlemen in the parking lot drinking. The front clerk was out front with what I am assuming her boyfriend smoking and not helping other staff. It was just not a great experience and the hotel rooms need serious attention.

The property is great. The staff are wonderful and always available to help - and happily available to boot!! I discovered something new this time as this is my preferred property went in South Carolina. I had to go out at night to get something from my car. I was amazed at the lighting. The entire area all the way to my car was well lit up! I felt really safe. Great place to stay - give it a try.

The area seemed sketchy and we left a wake-up call request that never came. NO ONE was at the front desk in the morning, however, an employee (?) was sleeping in a car at the entrance to the property (3:30 am). We had an early flight to catch so the wake-up call was important to us. We will not return or recommend it. The inside of the property was clean and the check-in staff was friendly.

Bed was comfortable. Room was a bit dated but clean. No one would answer at the front desk when calling a few times to try to get a wake up call. Breakfast was just okay. The gas and pork sausage were cold due to staff forgetting to turn the warming plates up so just ate fruit.

My stay at Mainstay Suites was more than I expected. The room was clean and I did not expect to have a full kitchen. We had double beds and a pull out couch that was more than enough room for me and my 4 kids. Even the breakfast was awesome. I expected the usual bread, muffin, cereal, an waffles, but got much more than that. Even thought the juice machine was not working, Ramya explained that there had been a work order put in and they were waiting for it to be fixed.

Great beds, lobby and reception area very nice, room was stuck in the 60's, very much need an update and replacing furniture. At the one breakfast we were able to have at the hotel, there was 2 spoonfuls of cold eggs, 6 sausages that we did not want, and the waffle batter was empty. It was only the front end person doing the desk and the breakfast area and she told me she had to take care of a tv issue first. That was in incorrect response in my opinion. We were also given a room across from and next door to people with dogs that barked. Thankfully we were only there at night. Unfortunately, no way to upload pictures.
