The pool and whirlpool were clean, pool was warm, the room has a kitchenette stocked with dishes

We went to the continental breakfast . They were out of so many things.no kids. They were out of waffle mix a yogurts and what they had was gross square eggs and discusting warm food.. Also th the hot tub was out of order. Would I stay again... noanthings.

Hi, the property is good overall, close to walmart, target and other groceries plus it has pool and gym with breakfast

Picked this one for the pool and hot tub. Pool was about 40 degrees and the hot tub was out of order the whole stay.

The room was absolutely beautiful. Only fault was the hottub was out of order, which was my primary reason for choosing this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights and my son and family stayed in another room for one night. Everything was great. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool and hot tub spa. Beds were so very comfy. Staff was so nice and helpful.

It has been wonderful! The rooms are soacious and clean. The pool was great, but the hot tub was out service. Good breakfast ! Iwould definitely stay here again.

Laundry facilites are on site and convenient. Staff has been very accommodating with the handicapped accessibility and working around my dogs in the room.

Love the efficiency style rooms. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Nice pool and a fine little fitness center. Would definitely stay again.

The elevator smelled like raid. Bathtub had mold around the lining. The bedroom wasn’t properly cleaned. It had dirty socks and used tissue under the bed. One of my pillowcases had a big black stain on it.

Hotel was clean, and breakfast included was great!

The first room wreaked of urine and then a perfume of some sort to cover it up. My wife broke out in hives it was so bad. Fortunately we were able to move. The 2nd room was fine however the faucet leaked and we found old rice in a bowl. The breakfast was okay but the late start makes it not good for people who are going for work. The waffle batter is watered down. We asked for some new towels on 2 separate days and they said they were bring some by and didn't on both days. The front desk workers were nice but that's about it.

It was ok. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating, but the place was not the cleanest. We had to switch rooms because the room smelled like cat food. Also our room had gum all over the side of the table. It was close to the caverns and the dairy farm.

The rooms were absolutely immaculate! They have all the necessities and then some! Fully stocked kitchens ready to cook in, utensils, etc. Just absolutely perfect!

Great but needs a bit of updating period

The room was spacious and clean. The service was great and everyone was friendly. The bed was a bit firm for me but other than that our stay was wonderful.

Place was above average but the sound proofing was terrible. The people above us must have had a herd of cattle in the room. Banging, stomping, it was all night. Worst night I have ever had and I travel a lot.

The walls must be paper thin because all I heard was stomping from upstairs. I thought it was maybe from the room above us but I think it was from our room being next to the stairs. Very loud stomping woke me up though out the night. I was shocked and annoyed. I found several hairs not of my own in the bathroom. The hotel is okay but is showing its age. It needs an upgrade. This is just one picky complaint of mine is to have two waffle makers for the morning breakfast. A family of 5 each made a waffle and took over the machine for 20 minutes. I waited for a bit but went on to other options. My kid is a picky eater and would have ate a plain waffle if it was an option.

Nice enough place. Kitchenette is always a nice add on (especially for the price per night). Terrible mattress and no exhaust in the shower is a knock against. Would stay here again.

The staff was nice but this place is overdue for a makeover. Water damage, dirty floor, no blackout curtains, extremely old & hard spring mattress. The staff is nice! I have no qualms about them. I won’t stay here again solely based on the facilities itself.

Lovely staff, terrible construction. Unless you are on the top floor you will hear every step above you. We had kids running back and forth. This is long term stay so think more like an apartment than hotel. Also the never ending highway noise makes for a challenging sleep. Long term resident said the light outside by handicap parking has been out for a year. It was tough navigating to the door.

The location of this place is great. It’s near a lot of restaurants and stores. There is a Wawa basically in the same parking lot, which is nice. And it’s just 13 minutes from downtown Easton. We booked a suite with 1 queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. The listing said it sleeps 4. I figured my husband and I could sleep in the queen and our 2 daughters would take the sofa bed. The bed in the bedroom was definitely not a queen. It hardly seemed like a full bed. We pulled out the sofa bed and that was even smaller. Definitely not big enough for two people to sleep comfortably, even two kids. Luckily there were stores down the road and I ordered an air bed for pickup. So I took the air bed, my husband and our 5 year old took the full and our 11 year old slept on the sofa bed. For the price of what you pay for a room you don’t expect to have to go out and get an air bed when it says that it sleeps 4. That was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the pool was way too warm and the hot tub wasn’t hot enough. The pool felt like a hot tub. My 5 year old’s cheeks were bright red. I got in the pool and became slightly light headed and decided we needed to all get out. Breakfast was a bust. It is pretty much a continental breakfast. There were mediocre premade breakfast sandwiches in a warmer and mini quiches that were also probably from the freezer. The waffle maker didn’t work. The toaster wasn’t working so I couldn’t even warm up a bagel. Other than that, there was

The employees are all rude I’ve never had a really bad experience coming from the employees. The check in time is 4 we were there at 4:15 and they told us no room available until 6pm due to no employees. What an experience and they talk back when we where saying the room should be ready.

Wouldn’t stay there ever again. Staff doesn’t do anything and nor did they care when people are getting drunk and being ridiculously loud all hours of the night. Did not sleep at all. Don’t waste ur money here. When I told the person at the front about the loud noise she said oh you hear them being loud too ? lol last time I check staff is supposed to keep their customers in check so the rest of us responsible adults with small child can get some sleep.

Christian checked us in after a grueling day of fighting with Hertz & electric car. He was amazing! He was patient with me and listened to my venting about the day, probably regretting asking how my day was. He then set us up with a good room & easy access to the car. He needs a raise for turning our teary eyed frustration into complete comfort & relaxation for the length of our stay. Please thank him again from us!

Location is perfect close to freeway and all shopping needs. Staff very friendly and polite

The location is wonderful but hard to find on GPS Some lights outside were dark and it was very hard to navigate the parking lot and no access for ramp to move cart into lobby

The hotel was located at a very convenient place with lots of restaurants, shops around . It looks bit outdated but well kept. Morning breakfast could have been better .. coffee was always cold and no bread served at breakfast only bagels and muffins

Both my husband and myself were injured by the exposed carpet tack strips between the kitchen and sleeping areas. My husband's earbuds and phone charger were stolen by housekeeping the only time they cleaned our room during our 6 day stay. The front desk person did not care at all about things being stolen from our room. The laundry area had incredibly old equipment that only took coins and the front desk of course would not make change. To get change you had to walk to Wawa. The dryer didn't function well enough to get our clothes dry so we still had to hang them in our closet to dry. The only plus about this hotel is that it is very close to shopping areas and there is a Wawa that you can walk to. I would never stay here again though.

My Family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and clean. It was nice having the kitchenette which was stocked with all your basic needs. My only complaint would be the breakfast. The attendants working were so sweet and trying so hard to keep food out for everyone but there was so many people the food was disappearing as soon as they put it out. Also the food that was available was less than good...some barely edible. As for the hotel itself we were impressed. Great location.

Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Room was cleaned adequately. Kitchen and appliances were great to have. Plenty of comfortable space in room We were there a week and had to ask for toilet paper twice. There was one roll provided. The highway was very noisy as we had a room with a view of highway. Sounds of trucks all night was an annoying. We used a sound machine. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Breakfast eggs each day were not very good. Ranged from undone to overcooked. Just plain scrambled would have been better. Bacon was delicious though. Choices were adequate.

We had a great stay at the TownePlace Suites. Rooms were clean and well kept, the breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. Parking was convenient, close. The pool area was great, the hot tub was just a little too hot and no place to put your dirty towels. Highly recommend.
