New Prague Inn & Suites

I stay here every year for our family party. Raj and the rest of the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Beds are so comfortable and the showers have wonderful water pressure. Very quiet and safe area.

Our room was clean and the staff was f helpful. Breakfast was good.

nice friendly staff. The whole place could have a deep cleaning and upgrade. Breakfast bar was minimal. We’ve stayed here three times because there was no other accommodation for our visit in that area!

My room had many maintenance issues. The light switch at the door was nonfunctional. The electrical outlets under the desk did not have power. The toilet was loose on the floor and moved about every time one sat down. The shower curtain bracket was pulling out of the wall. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast was extremely meager and can be summarized as being only starch and sugar. The outside entry door card reader was covered in doctor tape and the door was difficult to close. I left a list of issues at check out with the woman at the front desk and her I husband immediately said, "oh I will go look at it right away" and hurried off down the hall. I assume this was so he did not have to hear me speaking about all the problems and my lousy stay. I spoke with a local later in the day. He said the facility has gone downhill terribly in the last fifteen years, and he does not recommend it to anyone. Yet another "Patel Motel". Look elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I forgot my toothbrush and they had a spare for me! Thank you.
