The pool, gym, and breakfast were great! The room wonderful, especially the bathroom, but there was a strong smell of pot on the 3rd floor. There were crickets, live and dead, throughout the hotel, which was a little strange, and there being only one central elevator made getting our stuff to our room at the end of the building rather difficult, especially when the carts had flat tires...

A very nice stay overall. Exceptionally friendly customer service. A quiet 20 minute swim in the outdoor pool was an outstanding way to start the day. The laundry room was very clean and convenient. I had one little hiccup with housekeeping but it was quickly remedied. The breakfasts were outstanding!

Staff was super friendly from check in to check out! Breakfast was good, but your average hotel breakfast options. The hotel wasn't your 5 star hotel, but it was clean, the beds were comfy, and there weren't any sketchy people running around. The pool was a bit small but clean. We stayed to get a good night's rest after a long weekend at the ball fields, and checked out of our previous hotel we paid $200 more for our other one, and this one was just as suitable.

Pretty typical middle of the road hotel. I personally found the beds oddly soft, but still slept well. Breakfast had decent variety. Tons of restaurants walkable. We did think it was weird that the pool was full and appeared to be working, but we're told it was closed until the end of May. Isn't that super late for Texas?? Staff was friendly and helpful.

I initially got checked in to a dirty room, small fix, no big deal. The TV wasn’t working most of the time, we had to mess with it for about 20 minutes before we got it working. The elevators were also down, which I know isn’t something they can really control, but it just added to the inconveniences for our stay. Staff was friendly, no issues there. I dont feel like our stay was worth what we paid, but we had no other option.

The property is convenient when we visit family. The cleaning staff were helpful and the breakfast had a couple of items like chorizo and tacos that I haven’t seen before. Good idea. Our room had bugs and mosquitoes plus not very clean.

Hair from the previous person in the tub. Looked like pubic hair. Also. Food around the corners of the bed. Clearly the room wasn’t vacuumed. I was afraid to sleep wondering if the sheets had been changed. Talked to the front desk agent no manager available. Piss poor.

The outside appearance of the hotel is beautiful however as soon as walking in the hotel it was unpleasant. It had a very strong stale smell, the floors were dirty and the elevator walls had hand streaks all over it . The hallways of the hotel was very dirty and smelled bad. Stains on the carpet everywhere. Our room had a stale smell to it. The carpet was filthy. Bathroom and dresser drawers had hair and dirt in them. The shower had mold. The bedside tables were completely filthy. Stains on the chairs where we didn't feel comfortable enough to even put our belongings on let alone sit on. We felt completely confined to the bed only. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Absolutely worst hotel experience.

The wifi service in our room was terrible. we were the last room on the first floor near an exit door. not sure it that was the issue but we certainly couldn't use it. We had a handicapped room and there was no way to stop the water from getting all over the floor when taking a shower. It ran all the way over to the toilet. Just something I thought was strange.

We were on the last night of a 2,000-mile trip from Texas to northern Iowa and back. Several different motels and this one gave us the best night's sleep of the entire trip. This was the first motel we have been to in more than fifty years that had a ceiling fan. Nice!

Not what I expected in general I terms of service relating to servicing your room . Out of the 3 days they did not come and pick up trash from the room trash cans . I called the front desk and they said just leave it out side your door . Well the next mornings they were still there. They never came and made the room beds and they never came to give fresh towels. So I called the front desk and they said that they don’t focus on guest rooms only if they can since they only focus on cleaning rooms that are checking out and checking in ! Really ! Last time I use this stay . Holiday in is across the street and will def skip this stay here. Bad , bad experience and customer service and care . Oh by the way the WiFi never worked. I had to use the same towels for 2 days and finally I called to see if they can bring towels up and they couldn’t even do that . They said come down to the front desk . What!

Good location, we were attending a graduation at Opportunity central & it was 7 min away. I had two separate reservations, which meant we would have to change rooms. But the desk clerk made accommodations so we didn’t have to. The room was spacious. Had excellent breakfast. We will definitely stay here again

The Front desk personnel wer not friendly and made me feel like i inconvenienced them when i checked in. They said i had to pay a refundable $25 incidental fee. This was not listed when i booked and did not have the extra. She told me "she would wave it this time" when we got to the room all the draws were standing open and no clear way to notice how to operate the air conditioning.

Perfectly placed location for an event in Dallas but if you don’t want the city night life right outside your window. Fantastic price and quality stay. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave which some hotels don’t have at all. The shower was room and good water pressure.

A quick 1-night stay, with our dog. Easy check-in; friendly staff; no hassle with the dog. $25/night for the pet + $25 deposit hold (which we knew in advance). Clean, comfortable room. Lots of fast-food options right across the driveway. The included hot breakfast was really quite good, with lots of options. Maybe the best "free" breakfast we've seen outside an Embassy Suites.
