Nice stay and good breakfast options

Let's start with check in, had to wait several minutes (5+) before someone came from down the hallway to the front desk. She was apologetic, friendly and efficient upon check in. Once in our room, it was spacious and clean, bed was more comfortable than most, the bathroom was a bit outdated. Outlet in the foyer didn't work, the smart TV in the room was not and could not connect to WiFi, despite the remote offering Netflix and mirroring to the TV? Attempted to call from the room phone to speak with the desk only to find it did not work! Walked down to the desk to address the issues only to be told that management is aware of the phones not working? As for the 3 outlets she noted them to notify maintenance. As for the TV she explained none of the TVS connect to WiFi. Don't put Smart TVs in the room if your customers can't use it! The channel selection offered was awful, news, old comedy, really old westerns or numerous shopping networks. Breakfast was subpar, the server was not very efficient or pleasant, several items were empty, coffee and main entree's.

The room is surprisingly spacious. The cleanliness and hotel amenity is good but can be improved. The staff are very helpful. The breatkfast is classic continental breakfast so not much to choose from, but also not much to complain about. The traffic is convenient as the hotel is right next to the highway (so it might be a little noisy too), and there are several resturants around.
