Tv quality was extremely poor, channel guide was devoid of information when you opened it everything was just blank, the bath tub had hair and was otherwise just unclean, the breakfast was bare minimum it didn't even have salt or pepper anywhere

The room was for handicap and we are not. The staff is nice but not very useful. The breakfast room is horrible as well as the food choices. They're renovating?? The same boxes seem to have been sitting around all summer. There are signs that say ice and vending on every floor, not true. So what and where are they renovating??

First off, despite the ongoing renovation, the important stuff was on point. Our room had recently been updated. Mattress was new. Hot water was hot. No outside noise filtering in. Modern key cards. The only minor downside would be breakfast. If you’re expecting a hot meal, there won’t be one. There was a waffle machine, coffee pot, Pop Tarts, and some “Great Value” brand wrapped fruit bars. If I was traveling through the area, I’d stay here again.

Smells like an over whelming Indian food. Kids that live there running up and down the hallways. We didn’t stay there, we checked out and made other arrangements. I would give it 0 stars if possible.
