This hotel was not up to par by any means. The indoor pool and hot tub was green. The direcTV in the room did not work. The fridge in the room was frozen and didn’t cool- we had to throw out our leftover food from the night before. The lobby restrooms were DISGUSTING. We are moving to the area and house hunting so we opted to stay here because it had an indoor pool for the kids. GROSS POOL. It needs some serious chlorine or something. EXTREMELY disappointed. The front desk people were very friendly and apologetic and the day manager said she would come our room but need to contact Hotels.com since we booked through them. I’m not holding my breath for a refund-we’ll see. Fair warning, if friendly people but dirty hotels are your thing, this is the place for you.

First, when we arrived and went through the side door where the pool was, the pool smelled like stagnate water, was cloudy green. Once we got off the ground floor in the elevator, it started getting hot, we were on the 4th floor, hot in the hallway. Made it to our room, it was musty and warm. We tried to turn the air lower hoping it would help. I was too exhausted to find another hotel so we tried our best to sleep, around 5am we couldnt handle the heat anymore and we were all getting really bad heaches so we left. Horrible experience and come to find out they charge $10 for a 16oz bottle of dasani water which is ridiculous because they couldnt run the air.

We had a great stay. The indoor pool was small, but nice enough for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c worked great. They offered a variety of breakfast options and the food was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

I’m so disappointed. We arrived and service was great, room was as expected. It was clean - no issues. We stayed two nights. We woke up the day we were leaving and there were dozen baby German cockroaches all in the bathroom. I had woken up in the middle of the night because I felt something go across my arm. Although they weren’t these huge roaches, the thought of there being that many I was absolutely disgusted. Unfortunately we won’t ever return due to seeing these bugs.

Pretty sure our room had bed bugs. My mom woke up to something biting her neck. I woke up to my wrist itching and like 8 bites that were welted. We checked the beds and didn’t see anything. However the bites came from somewhere and not seeing anything doesn’t mean much.

Check in was smooth but the receptionist acted like we didn't have time to swim because the pool would be closing at 10p.m. but we were checking in at 8:40. She warned that we better be out before 10 or we would get locked in the pool room. Then, once we were in the room she called up to tell us the neighbors underneath us were requesting that we "quiten down." We had only been in the room a few minutes and the only noie was our 3 year old walking around while we unpacked. The floors were really thin so every step thumped/echoed. Overall, it was just ok. Clean and the beds were comfortable. Not sure I would stay here again.

Room was okay, a little dated. Had issue with bathroom sink draining slowly. Informed front desk staff who asked how many nights which I state l more night as I was on my way out meet family members. Returned to room to see that only towels used for day changed and still had issue with sink draining slowly which when shaving left as dirty film.

The staff was exceptional! Always smiling, professional and ready to help! The front desk attendant who checked me on at 8 pm on Friday night was so exceptional he even went out of his way to help me download a video file to a flash drive of some photos of my recently deceased brother who we were in town to attend his service! My old brain doesn’t recall names as well anymore but he deserved some recognition. Again can’t remember the name of the lady who checked me out on Sunday but she was on crutches and was incredibly helpful friendly and courteous. Kudos to your staff’

Room was clean and the staff was great. The free breakfast was well prepared and good tasting. The Towels were clean but were very worn and all had permanent stains, ragged edges and or discoloration. Seems the property needs to refresh their towel inventory. The industrial property to the West of the Hotel was unsightly and looked abandon. The gate to that property was wide open to the hotel parking area. Did not feel like it was very secure.

It was comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Due to construction in the area, it was inconvenient to access. One bad experience was a band that was practicing in the adjoining room at 9 pm, so we couldn't sleep. After filing complaint with the front desk, she called the room. When that didn't work, after a second complaint, she came up to the room to talk to them in person. The noise then stopped. Overall experience was okay.

Nice very clean location with excellent breakfast and nice spa area but would be helpful to put up a no cell phone sign on pool/spa area.
