Across recent reviews, Hampton Inn Ellensburg is praised for very clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds, friendly staff, a convenient location just off I-90 near town and CWU, and a complimentary breakfast many guests find varied and satisfying.

Facilities include an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, and on-site EV chargers (mostly Tesla), and several reviews note the hotel is pet friendly. Friendly staff, very clean, breakfast was good with a lot of options. It was the perfect place for our team to stay when we came to town for a tournament. The kids loved the pool. The exercise room was great too.

I emailed the hotel in advance asking about the EV chargers and were told that they were universal chargers. They were Tesla chargers and not universal. I selected this hotel based on this information. I was very disappointed. Other than that it was a nice hotel and staff.

Late check-in was no problem. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and exactly as expected. Only deficiency was not a single parking spot available. Had to park in neighboring restaurant’s lot. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Very nice hotel! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was difficult only because hotel was likely fully booked. One truck and trailer took up several parking spots. Consider expanding parking for trucks and trailers, or clearly marking available street parking. Overall excellent stay…just had trouble finding parking after a full day of activities at CWU parents weekend. Thank you!

Check in was very easy. Rooms were pretty clean except for the floor. (Floor was a bit dirty like it had not been cleaned in a while). Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean, the breakfast bar was really good with many options that changed daily. Coffee was Great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and warm. Only disappointment was the hot tub, It had a funny smell, water was cloudy looking like it was not well filtered and only 1 or 2 jets were working. The timer for the hot tub was very loose on the wall.

Our ice bucket was full of food and garbage. I don’t understand the want to have the coffee maker down & away-but if that is the case, housekeeping HAS to pull it out and clean it. There was a pill and fruity on the floor also. I’ll be on the fence about staying there again. Breakfast was good.

If you can't have noise at night, then this may not be the place for you. The heater/air conditioner is quite loud when it is on. Other than that, this is a great place to stay. We stay here because my family have a home near this hotel. Breakfast isn't too bad either for free. They have a variety of food whether you want healthy or eggs, sausage/bacon and potatoes.

Checking in with the young man (Edward?) was just fine. He was very cordial and polite. However the night staff and early morning staff need some work. I went down for breakfast and forgot my key in the room. The lady helping me either had something bothering her or just has no personality. Then when I go to check out a different person (young lady), would not give me a hard copy receipt. She said they weren’t allowed to even though I told her on my last visit I had one. Give me a break, either she lied or didn’t know how to print one. Either way not likely to stay there again.

The staff were very hit or miss they were all out front having a smoke break together most of the times I would walk outside to the parking lot and I was treated extremely rude by Dorthy. Horrible customer service unfortunately ruined the experience for our family. Also the ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t work at all during our stay on days it was 100 degrees outside…the hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.
