I give the stay an overall 3 for the following reasons, it was a cashless hotel, I get it from a security standpoint but how can YOU refuse the currency of the country, you should have other measures in place instead of forcing your customers to use a credit card, Secondly charging 200 a night you cant even put 1 free bottle of water in the room, I think there were 3 all with a tag saying $3.00 each. Then when we were coming off lobby to check out, we smelled breakfast and didn't realize the hotel had anything offered, but again we were quite shocked it was $17 a person, which was quite over priced for eggs and bacon. No wonder I didn't see anyone in lobby eating. Then when we stopped at the front desk to return our card keys there were 2 people looking at the computer talking about something, we stood there about 30 to 45 seconds and they never looked up once or made eye contact to us, or said one moment, so another 15 seconds passed so we just left. Didn't really make us feel warm and fuzzy. I don't understand what happened to the hospitality industry but this hotel in my opinion nickel and dimed you to death with low customer service

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. There were some issues that of corrected would be much appreciated by guests. First, the water pressure in the room was terrible. It was an awful shower experience. Second, the lobby is large and great for gathering with groups. However, the microwave for the lobby was broken and temperature in the lobby was approaching 90° the whole time we were there. Management advised that both items were known issues and would be addressed at some point.
