Stayed for 2 days n nights. Swimming pool hours state 7am to 11pm. Tried swimming at 9pm. Was told swimming pool is closed. Hmmm. Swimming pool was awfully dirty. Never saw anyone clean in the 2days I stayed there. Came from out of state very disappointing. On top of that 1 of the elevators broke on 2nd day. And currently when I checked out still broken. Imagine that. Customer Service is gone. Maybe never ever to return.

We had 2 different front desk clerks during our stay. They were both very friendly, accommodating, and, answered all of our questions and concerns promptly and took care of what we needed. Overall it was a good stay, the person in the room next to us was excessively loud but we never called it In, so if I had maybe they would have done something about it. My only other complaint is they seemed to close the pool / hot tub down for any reason whatsoever even outside the listed working hours of the pool.

Checked in was easy and they were nice,,,,did not go to the room right then went to grab a bite to eat then we went to the Hard Rock for they day as we planned...got back to the hotel 1am the room smelled mildew and moldy went to let the front desk know the night clerk had an attitude...i ignored it she gave us another rm on the first floor toilet was broke found that out when we woke up that morning would no flush had to poor water in the bowl to get it to flush they sent maintenance quick response....checked out the clerk was apologetic...

Overall very discouraged. The chair in the room was tiny it reminded me of a chair they sell for children in big box stores. The back only went up halfway up my back very uncomfortable. When we opened the curtains in the morning there were dozens of flying ants inside along the window. The insects had com in through the AC unit. Upon checkout we were charged 10$ for two 20 ounce waters. Shame on us for buying them. I asked if I could get a twenty dollar bill for four 5 dollar bills and the checkout person said the don’t have much cash to exchange this. This Marriot property does not accept cash. This is the United States of America and they don’t accept cash. The staff overall was good but the best staff member was the lady that set up the breakfast on Wednesday morning May 29th She was not scheduled to work but got called in. She went out of her way to help the guest. We will not stay here again and very discouraged with this Marriot property.

I was told the hotel was undergoing some upgrades when I got into my room and noticed we were missing a TV. I asked to be moved to another room with two tvs. I was told I would be called back shortly. During the next hour I was called once to say I was not forgotten about. Eventually, I called and stated that I didn’t need to move as we had plans soon. The air conditioning was not working correctly. Both the floor unit and the wall thermostat were set to 65 and 66 but the room felt like it was 80 degrees. The hot tub jets were out of order and that was super disappointing. In addition, we had ONE towel for showering/bathing in the bathroom which we didn’t discover until after returning from a show very late at night. When stopping by the front desk the next morning, we asked for fresh towels and additional towels. We returned to find TWO towels and refreshed hand towels. We didn’t ask for it but the bed was not made nor was the trash taken out. Super disappointing stay. I admit I expected MUCH more from a Marriott.

When I attempted to check in, they said my reservation was canceled. No warning was given. She said they will try and check with another property in the area but she made no attempt to do this. I had to make some calls to find a room. I tried having the 3rd party get a refund but it’s been over a week and nothing yet.

Waited for check in to get off a personal call-stood there about 10 min. Didn't have the room I requested with a handicap shower. Breakfast wasn't ready when we left a little after 6:30am, Dogs barking at night. Unfortunately not a great stay for my birthday.

Very nice hotel - very neat and well-cared for. Rooms were small but nicely outfitted. Our only complaint was the "free" breakfast (which of course isn\'t really free since it was part of our daily charge). The breakfast was terrible - worse than the food I was served in the Army while in the field! All the hot food was below-standard quality. The meats were gray, eggs watery, potatoes undercooked and the pancakes/waffles were limp and clearly came right out of a package (probably microwaved). The only bright spot was the all-day coffee bar.
