Stayed 3 nights

After a very long wait for someone to come to the front desk , we were given a room. When we got to the room , it was Not fresh and clean. The bed was unmade. There was a used toilet paper roll next to the sink and a dirty bathmat on the floor. We thought maybe someone was going to walk in at any moment We went back to front desk, complained and were given a new room. The new room smelled so musty due to the old carpet, and we were unable to open the window to try to air it out The tissue box -cover was covered in dust And had a few random hairs on it ! The only reason we stayed the night was because it was so late and we were very tired. Also, the elevator was very sketchy .. old and rickety.

The facility is in dire need of cleaning and repair ..the beds have some kind of metal frame and every move in the bed caused a loud metal screech ..mold on tub caulking ..I made desk attendant aware of the room condition …I would not stay there unless a serious remodel took place. I did read reviews prior and once I left I found it hard to believe anyone gave it a 10/10 or any greater than a 3/10..beware

I really hate to have to give a bad review but in this case I'm afraid I have no choice. Absolutely the worst night's sleep I've ever had in any hotel I've stayed in. Seriously a slab of concrete would have softer than that mattress, seriously!!! I have a very bad back so I slept very little so I could barely stay awake on the drive home to Alabama. And the breakfast was apparently instant eggs and not sure the sausages were made from any kind of real meat but they had no flavor whatsoever. I'm honestly trying to be helpful and not hateful. Hopefully they'll improve in the near future. Ron&Kay Hatfield Orange Beach Alabama

Stayed 1 night

The bathrooms and pool were disgusting. Went to take a shower and there was standing water in the bathtub. Mini fridge was filthy and looked like it had never been washed. Pool was heavily chlorinated and the ada lift was rusted and not secured in the ground with a wide hole around it. Overall poor experience. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
