Nice place. Nice breakfast. Pool was indoors so it should have been useful but it was not heated and very chilly. TV in our room had a problem but we didn't really care. Overall very good.

The hotel was great. Nice atmosphere the check in and clerk were pleasant. We went and bought sein wear for the pool but it looked a little dirty so we just sat out on the patio area for the evening and enjoyed the breeze. Fresh fruit for breakfast which I loved along with all the fixings. Overall 7/10....pool was the only 😔

I chose this hotel for reasonable price with a pool. My grandkids were visiting with their mom and wanted to swim with Pawpaw. They shivered through it but Pawpaw couldn’t. Disappointing and when I made a comment about it, response was kind but made no sense. Yes, it has not heated up yet. Hmmm? It’s a heated pool in the winter, indoors, the weekend after Thanksgiving. I unfortunately have run into this on various trips with different brands. So, I now call and check. “Hey, just checking, will want to swim with my Grandkids. Is the oool functional and open”. They said in this case at the local front desk, where again, very pleasant and kind , “Oh yes, hours are 7 am-11 pm. So I guess I will only stay if I have a friend in the area who can go by and dip a hand in the water….? Just sayin….

That was a real bummer to gone back to after very long work days. You won’t be able to catch an Uber or Lyft either and the taxi was spotty with availability. Charming town though.

The hotel was extremely clean and the service was top-notch! The only concern I had was the room was super cold, and I could not adjust the temperature. I tried to adjust the unit by the window and it directed me to change the temperature on the wall thermostat. I turned the thermostat to off, but the room remained cold all night long! There was not any additional blankets or coverings for the bed, so I did not sleep well because I was cold all night.

I've stayed in several other hotels in the area and this is by far the cleanest and best maintained I've been in to date. The staff is friendly and the room was comfortable. The walls are a little thin so you can hear other guests, but truthfully I think all modern hotels have the same issue. I'm in Conway several times a year and will likely stay here again.

We arrived around midnight after traveling all day. I called ahead around 8:00 PM to let them about the late arrival. The front desk manager said they should would document it and assured me the room would be available. Upon arrival I was informed that the manager canceled our room because of overbooking. I had already paid for the room in full through Hotels.com. We then had to find a room at another local hotel and pay more. Extremely unprofessional and rude!

Great location. And the staff was amazing. They all were friendly, answered questions, and offered ideas for dinner. One gentleman, in particular, went out of his way to help me. I was traveling home from a race with my bike on the back of my car. He came out and offered to help me take my bike to my room. He also suggested a fantastic restaurant downtown. I offered a tip and he refused it. Incredible customer service you just don't find anymore.

Convenient location next to a Walmart and the highway exit. Might be a better stop if you're headed north instead of south because traffic into Little Rock in the morning is quite busy, though still not stop and go.
