At Hampton Inn & Suites Huntsville Hampton Cove, travelers frequently praise very clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, and a convenient location near the RTJ Golf Trail and dining, with many also enjoying a better-than-average complimentary breakfast.

Rooms are generally comfortable and some suites are spacious, though guests report occasional noise from HVAC or elevators and several maintenance quirks like awkward sink faucets, showers that splash, or aging fixtures. Lovely place to stay. Access to the area requires the use of a vehicle, uber, taxi, etc. Room was great except the air conditioner was as loud as a jet engine when running. Breakfast options were nice. Limited laundry options as there was only a single washer and dryer for the entire facility that I could find, so very competitive use.

I stayed here two times. The 2nd time was unfortunate. The bathroom was not clean. Had to clean the toilet seat before we could use it. Thank god we had sanitizer wipes. The floor had sand or something all over it. But we were too tire to switch rooms. I wish there was a walkie at the desk we waited like 10 plus mon with another customer waiting for her to come back. (I use to work hotels if you have to help a customer or go to another floor there is only so much you can do one person a shift, but a walkie so they can say hey ill be there shortly just makes you feel better as you wait)

Too small of a room for $200.00 and two queens. Only one table top for a light and chargers. Other side of beds needed lights and a table topper. Room way too darker. Nice supply of towels and soap dispensers. Sheets too tight ly tucked and small for bed size. People nice but room too expensive for what was advertised.

Upon return home, called Expedia to report non-reserved room. Gave them Mandy, manager #. James from Expedia called and they confirmed that I didn't have a reservation. Refunding is in the process. Thank you Mandy, from the Hampton Inn at Hampton Cove, and James from Expedia in solving this matter quickly.

Just comparing to other properties, there wasn’t as warm a welcome. Additionally no digital key option nor digital checkout. Mandy the assistant GM was very kind and always reached out to communicate to make sure we always had what we needed. Was very accommodating when we had to extend our stay for 1 day at the last minute. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact they are a pet friendly hotel. The only thing we weren’t aware of was that you get charged an additional $50 nonrefundable fee for pets after the 4 day mark. The $75 non refundable pet fee only covers the first 4 days, after that it’s up to a total of $125. Just wish they told us that upfront on day 1 when we checked in. Other than that, overall great experience.
