I had a reservation for the pass weekend and I reserved a room with 2 bed and I got a room with one bed that looked more like a storage room and the only option I got as compensation was get some points for my next stay? I wouldn’t never book that hotel again I requested my full refund since I left right away so I hope my refund and deposit doesn’t take more that 4 days
