Run down and one of the rooms they tried to give me had clearly been broken in to. There was pry marks at the latch on the outside. The pool was cloudy and nasty looking. During my stay they had more than half of the parking lot closed and were threatening to tow vehicles. The section where you could park none of the exterior doors would open with your room key. The only way we could get in was if the pool door was propped open with a rock. The morning of check out almost all the staff was outside smoking and being obnoxious. The beds and breakfast were okay. The picture shows all of the parking they had to offer during my stay. It was completely full in the evenings.

Booked this location for the indoor pool for my kids to use after a 14 hour drive, unfortunately pool was in maintanence, must have been just filled as it was frigid cold. I would have booked a different location if I knew. Staff were amazing, ultra accommodating, very kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast looked good, and my family enjoyed it. I have celiac and couldn't eat anything other than orange and applesbut I'm glad everyone likes to grits and waffles.

Smells like ciggarettes and marijuana. I was put on 4th floor with 3 kids which is very unsafe when your alone and have random guys wandering halls. The pool area never had towels and had mold and the whole ceiling is peeling and that falls into the water. My room had no working phone, internet or tv and I was told I could not be moved to another room and with 3 kids. Blowdryer in bathroom didnt work either

The establishment only had 2 luggage carrier's and we had to wait to load and unload . Also the lady said when one came available she would bring it to us but never did..so disappointed for such a big establishment only 2 luggage carts

We found roaches in our rooms. The whole building smelled like weed. The pool was unheated. Issues with the breakfast. The cable was very limited and mostly spanish speaking. Furniture was torn and wore out. A/c didnt blow cold. Couch bed had stains and hurt from the springs.

this is a very run down hotel.. Not your typical comfort inn.. 3 tries to program my key with no luck so they moved me to another room. Same problem.. they showed me a list of rooms they couldn't rent because the locks are broken.. This place needs HELP!!!

Do not stay here!!! The room I was in as well as my other family members rooms were so dank and dirty! The carpeting smelled and was stained. The bathtub clearly had not been cleaned nor the bathroom floor. The smell in the lobby was overwhelmingly bad. The elevator had a sticky floor and also smelled badly. The exterior of the building was unkempt. The pool had a sign on the door saying closed by the South Carolina department of health however we were told it was open to swim from 5 to 10 pm! That was very disappointing since one of the reasons we choose this hotel was because it had a pool. The breakfast was okay. I did have clean towels but overall it was a very depressing stay especially since I was there for 5 nights. Staff for the most part are helpful. Oh and I forgot to mention I had constant issues with my room key card not working. I was told it was because I had put it next to my phone but that was not the case - my room door looked like it had been kicked or pushed in and repaired. Bottom line not worth any money to stay here.

Terrible! Do not stay here. Dirty, run down. Our door was open when we got to the room abnd even when latched/locked tou could use a but if force and it opened. Our room was dirty so we asked to switch the next room reaked of smoke even thiugh they are non smoking hotel. our room had crumbs/dirt in the hide a bed. crumbs/dirt on the floors. beds themselves had stains on them. Our door an multiple others had crowbar marks and looked like they had all been broken into. floors were sticky in the elevator and lobby. Overall everything run down from broken floor tiles, missing hardware in bathroom, beat up walls spills and stains on furniture. I dont know how this place does business. What a disgrace.

The room I was check in was dirty and floor wasn’t clean and there was black mold inside the mattress so if you think about staying here check the mattress for black mold I was very upset and for being a comfort inn hotel i expect to be better I stay two nights and I won’t ever stay there and their was black reddish stein in on of the pillows.

This place is definitely not what it advertises. It is very dirty. All our blankets were all stained, the place stinks everywhere! It says it is non smoking but this is not true because the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

The entire 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes when I checked in. My room was dirty, there was someone’s old soap bar in the shower, a dead baby roach, and what looked like a few drops of blood stains on the floor in various areas. When I went to check out at 6am, the entire 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. The staff was really sweet but everything else was interesting to say the least.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. However, it was so very warm the first night and even with the AC on 65 I don’t think it got to that temperature until the middle of the night when it was that temperature outside. The top lock was missing on the door and the bottom lock wouldn’t turn completely. It seems like the door had been kicked in at some point because you had to shove it closed as well.

First , I paid extra to reserve the room and pay on arrival and they charged my card the day before the reservation. I arrived late in the evening and was greeted by extremely friendly staff. When asked if I could use a different card to pay they told me it was already charged to the card on file. My room was fairly clean. The bed was horribly uncomfortable with an egg crated foam pad on the bed. The pillows were excellent! When I turned the shower on water came out of a crack in the ceiling. Poor water pressure from shower head. Staff was informed. There was a large 2 inch gap under the door. Doors slammed all through the night. I was not impressed.

Questionable cleanliness in elevators and several guests had issues with room keys when multiple keys issued to a single room. 1 key would work and other wouldn't. Took until 3rd day before both keys worked correctly.Other than that most was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had been mistaken in the fact that we had rented a third day at the property. We only had two days. So naturally the staff removed our things from the room and locked them up. We came back in from our son's basic training graduation at Fort Jackson, and the hotel Clark let us know. We secured a third night at the property, No problem, EXCEPT, The two guys who carried our stuff to the lockup room rummaged through our things. My wife had just started her new prescription refill of celebrex, And there were 90 pills in the bottle. She had only taken two when we got there in South Carolina from Houston. So naturally there should be 88 pills left in the bottle. Nope. There were 10 missing. And some of my son's military gear had been rummaged through because his knee pads were not in the his rucksack. They were outside of the rucksack and in a separate bag. Absolutely deplorable and inexcusable. Do not stay here because they go through your things. We would like someone from the corporate office to contact us on this one.

Tried to give us a single room instead of the double we reserved and when we finally demanded that they contact the manager they reluctantly called her. Then they stuck us in a room with no heat or a/c. After returning to the front desk we were told too bad and were not given a refund or any sort of compensation. We were told the manager would be there in the morning. However the next day the manager was nowhere to be found and we were told the only way to reach her was email. Surprise! She never answered her email. Awful stay. Awful staff. Awful location. Stay away!!!

Our checkin was a bit slow, but the staff was very apologetic and moved our room to a quiet floor following the checkin of a very large family. The facility is average. That’s to say neither great nor terrible. The staff responsible for the breakfast buffet was a bit snarky and very loud. She yelled at my husband for daring to grab his bagel without tongs. Told him she had to throw them all out now (she never did). She also snarked at us for beginning to serve ourselves at 5:58 (two minutes early). As we were leaving she said “y’all have a nice day now” and my husband did not hear her clearly (he did not have his hearing device in yet), he chuckled in response and she loudly called after him “well, ok then!” It was very awkward. The front desk staff was super friendly. We found wrappers in the elevator in both the morning and the evening.

They charged my card HOURS before the check in time even though i asked to pay in property. When i asked for a refund so i could pay cash they told me it could take upto 12 days. The room card worked only one time at a time, we had to ask to get it fixed every time we wanted to enter the room. They didn’t tell us they wouldn’t clean for 3 days unless we ask for it and after that they entered the room several times to clean even though we didn’t ask for it. Breakfast was below expectations.

Had a rocky start but the staff was on point. Our AC unit broke and we had to be moved to a different room. It happens. Asha, without any hesitation, had us in another room within minutes without resistance or questions. We started by waiting over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The hotel wreaked of pot and cigarettes in both the hallways, elevator and the rooms. The pullout had no sheets and the spare blanket had black hair all over it. We never got the cable to work. When we called the front desk they said they'd be right up, and they never showed. Our door had pry marks by the handle. During the night you get to be awakened by a train horn every few hours and the sirens and street racing were also continues throughout the night. The hair dryer had been ripped off the wall but nicely placed still in the holder on the vanity. At least the breakfast was good. Waffles, biscuits, muffins and cereal so you can't really screw that up. I don't know how this has a rating over a 6. One of the sketchiest places I've stayed in a long time and we stay in about 5-10 hotels a year.

Liked the price, but the sheer curtain had either ketchup or blood on it, otherwise the room was clean. The clientele of the people that stayed there was not what was hoping for. It felt like we were on the edge of the "hood"/not the best side of town. The front desk workers were nice, but I did not expect to be asked for a $100 cash deposit for incidentals that would be given back to me when we checked out. They said this was to cover them in case we smoked or had a pet in the room. We do not smoke and do not have a pet. Thankfully they waived this for us when I said I didn't have $100 cash with me. I do not plan to stay at this hotel or area when traveling in the future.

Nice quiet area and a few restaurants nearby the hotel including an IHOP within walking distance. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Provided us extra blankets and pillows upon request. Breakfast was your standard foods but still delicious and complimentary.

My husband and I were impressed with the generous breakfast options available. We were able to get on the road with full bellies and coffee in no time. Staff were really nice. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was hot.
