The full sized kitchen was great. Clean rooms and spacious enough for two adults and two kids. Amenities of the hotel were great. Easy on site parking.

Loved the lobby area - spacious and lots of seating. The way they do the beer taps with the cards is brilliant! Rooms were nice and very spacious. Staff was super friendly.

This hotel is clean, huge and looks brand new. A very special Thank You! To Valerie, Erica, Angela, Sue, Danielle & Fatima for making our stay extra welcoming. There are cons & pros to this hotel, fortunately the pros outweighs the cons: Cons: 1-No clock in room. 2-Netflix & Youtube are the only streaming service; no Disney+, no Hulu, et al. 3-Unable to cast/connect your laptop, phone, or any device to watch other streaming services from the laptop and/or phone. 4-Connecting a laptop via HDMI is not possible, which means one can't watch favorite streaming services or videos from laptop. 5-Sunday morning, the bedroom TV started glitching out. The screen froze on an ad and got all greenish and blinking constantly. We let the concierge know, we left for the day and upon arriving late evening we found out that nothing was done about it. 6-The sliding closet door goes off-track and makes it difficult to close. 7-The "digital key" never worked during our stay. 8-No Electric Vehicle charging stations. Pros: 1-Spacious room. 2-Very clean room & bathroom. 3-The bathroom has plenty of room. 4-Full kitchen. 5-Two large smart TVs with Netflix, Youtube, and SiriusXM. 6-Super comfortable bed. 7-The Heating and AC is controllable in the room. 8-Closet space is adequate with plenty of hangers. 9-Hot & delicious breakfast, variety of items every day 10-The hotel staff is very helpful, accommodating, and super nice. 11-The pool is heated and kept very clean. 12-Well equipped gym.

The most unique area at this property was the outside seating area. For smokers, even though most are against it, they have an old school bus stop looking covered area with a heater inside so we could stay warm and dry while being able to smoke.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast with very attentive staff. The only down side was the cold pool, otherwise it would have been a perfect little get away.

The property was excellent. The only downside was the pool. My girls wanted to swim but the water quality did not look safe.

Great hotel, front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, they even held our grocery delivery while we were at dinner. The 2 queen suite was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you would need. The lobby had a small snack and beverage area and self-serve beer. We didn’t use the pool but we did use the gym, small but it got the job done. It’s pet friendly which is nice and there is a Rutter’s right across the street which is convenient.

This hotel is beautiful with wonderful staff who clearly enjoy their jobs. The room was so clean, and the hotel is appropriately quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay. We have been here twice while visiting family and will return next month when we are in town again. This is our new go to hotel!!

Clean and Comfortable.

Hair in fridge and dirt visible in shower. Water pressure in Shower was low. Beds were uncomfortable and sheets were scratchy. Room was advertised to have Crib availability. No crib instead was provided with pack n play that was stained. No sheets were available for packnplay. Breakfast was good and staff was exceptional. Homewood was more expensive compared to others in the area and we only booked based on crib accommodations. We could have saved $ by booking another hotel chain amd bringing our own packnplay

Very clean hotel inside and out.. rooms were very clean…service was great and the employees were very friendly and willing to help in anyway they could..check in was easy… great place to stay with kids a lot of different things for them to do highly recommend we will stay there again

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable . Check in was easy and friendly. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was the best we have ever had- CLEAN CLEAN, we usually never eat the breakfast but you could tell the ladies taking care of the area took pride in their job. I wish I knew their names to give them a shout out. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The single picture of the pool is entirely misleading and the biggest reason I booked here. Was extremely disappointed with the small pool. The fridge in the suite said it was on the coldest setting yet nothing stayed cold. Was worried about dairy products. It was like someone broke the dial at “4” and turned it to 9 to make you think it was cold. Long hairs found all over bathroom area upon arriving. The pillows are awful. Felt like I was drowning because it was so soft and not supportive. The king size bed was not very comfortable. Woke up very sore. The sofabed was not large enough for my 11 and 7 year old to share. Had to request a rollaway bed which helped, but had to request it more than once. There are items for purchase on site, but if you don’t want to spend $26 on six beers, go down the street to the Rutter’s convenience store for regularly priced beer. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. Offered free WiFi that was alright but not for all the devices we had. Paid $9.90 for two days of WiFi for all our devices and that worked well without any streaming issues.

The pillows are terrible. They sink and not comfortable. The mirror next to the door is at a bad location. It makes you wonder sometimes.

The only issue i had was the fridge in our room was not working and they worked on 4x and said it was fixed it was not fixed. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was great. Comfy beds, plenty of space and nice decor!

Property was great all around, just wish guests would be more respectful. Lots of hallway noise late at night and early in the AM.

The place has excellent facilities and a competent staff. I recommend avoiding first-floor rooms facing the communal area in the center of the property because late-night guest gatherings there tend to interrupt sleep.

We usually have an excellant stay with Homewood but this time the refrigator made a loud humming noise the entire time and the tv channels kept going out. I made the mistake of choosing accessibity room and water from the shower ran all over the bathroom floor, not a good stay this time.

Clean and well kept, but the bed was very uncomfortable.

Beautiful location, some of the staff was extremely sweet but I guess they were having a corporate visit and when I asked for an item the regional manager was extremely rude

When I arrived to check in, I was informed that my reservation was canceled that morning. They tried processing a payment that morning, even though when booking I chose to pay at check in. My card had been canceled due to fraudulent activity. All hotels were completely full probably because it was presidents’ day weekend. We had to find something 30 minutes away from our venue. Really frustrating after traveling since 4:30 AM and how about letting me pay upon check in as I noted when booking!

Desk clerk was great. However hotel apparently overbooks their rooms. The room type I booked and prepaid for was not available. Luckily their was two connecting rooms available to accomdate our stay. Review would be much worse if the Hotel was full and could not accomodate us.

Amazing from check in until checkout. Front desk was awesome, hot breakfast fantastic as well as the ladies who cooked and kept the trays of food full and fresh. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Short staffed - could not deliver towels.

While the room was clean, and comfy I was little bothered that we had to walk nearly 100 yards to get to and from our room. The lack of signs made me feel like a mouse in a trap trying to find my way out. My hubby has a foot issue and it really bothered him that we couldn’t get to and from the lobby easily. Secondly, two night stay and we missed the first mornings breakfast. Hubby and I decided to pack and carry everything to the second mornings breakfast so that we did not have to walk the ‘green mile’ to get our bags for checkout. It was 9:45 and I told my husband I would head down and get our breakfasts prepared before they closed at 10, if he would gather and bring our one suitcase and overnight bag. When I get to the breakfast bar, I start gathering eggs and bagel, sausage and such while waiting on one young man making a waffle. Once that man was done, I saw the woman picking up the waffle machine (9:55) and I asked if I could make a waffle and that I was waiting on the machine to be free. She told me quite abruptly - ‘there is no more waffle mix’ as she picked up the machine and packed it away. I was taken back by this because the gentleman before me was able to make one. Her attitude was a little rude as if I was inconveniencing her. Her name was Nancy and I hope the managers read this review. I looked at my watch it was still BEFORE 10 when I asked. I expect more is customer service from a Hilton property.

The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Breakfast had several options. Staff member made the waffles for you.

The hotel was convenient for our plans. It was clean and the breakfast was good. There is nothing near the hotel so a little remote.

Property was clean & room was nice as pictured. Most staff were helpful and attentive. Did have an interesting encounter with one staff member that left much to be desired. Also, location is about an hour away from Hershey Park so if that's on your to do list. Prepare for the ride. Decent amount of food options nearby.

Easy check-in and friendly staff. Hotel seemed fairly full but was still quiet and room was ready to go. Room and shower was very clean; kitchen items were in great condition. Easy on off I-83 for travel.

A quick business trip. Close to local restaurants and gas stations. Didn’t get a chance to check the local entertainment scene but the stay was quiet, sheets clean, towels clean and water pressure good.

A terrific hotel to stay in. The Wednesday social had a great variety to enjoy, the staff was so nice and courteous, and the rooms were spacious and had everything I needed. I also enjoyed the gym and pool. The location was surrounded in a quiet area but not too far from any major road or destination I wanted to get to. Highly recommend, I would definitely book there again when I go to York

Clean room, quiet, peaceful, perfect for a fun weekend of rollercoaster riding at Hershey Park.

Everything was fine. The staff was friendly, but I wasn’t interacting with many of them on my stay. Be prepared if you stay there and intend on cooking in the room, you better bring your own knife. They have all the equipment you need to cook a dinner in there, but they do not provide any form of knife, except for silverware. It was a major letdown for me, because I had intended on making sandwiches and had no knife to cut the bread. They wouldn’t even provide me one at the front desk. I’m assuming it’s a corporate decision, and quite a silly one. Considering there’s a cutting board in the room. Just nothing to cut with. The breakfast buffet is nice, and changes daily. They have a free coffee bar in the mornings, but not in the afternoons. I did not check, but it looks like you can buy a coffee at the front desk in the afternoons. Unfortunately, for me, I was working overnight shifts, and really would’ve loved coffee on my way out to work at 4:30 in the afternoon. That was not to be

The breakfast was very good!

The breakfast menu was pretty good! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. I was pleasantly surprised to see a full size fridge and microwave. The lighting is super bright in the kitchen and over the peninsula which is great for cooking. I like that there's a large snack area in the front lobby. The covered area in the courtyard for smokers is nice for them. I do not smoke anymore but when I did, I often found myself jammed under a small roofing overhang.

Property and staff were wonderful! Alas, like most "free breakfasts," you get what you pay for, LOL. Next time I need a hotel room I'll look for a Homewood Suites.
