It was so gross. The floors were not clean and the clean towels folded in bathroom had a nasty huge wad of black hair folded inside. It was so much I jumped when I opened towel. Also, the internet did not work. When we called the front desk they said it will be working in a few days. We had to use our phone hotspot. Now if the rooms were $50 I would have been more understanding to the quality but this room was $100!!

I’m not sure where to begin, but here goes. The gentleman that checked me in was not very friendly. The pool was closed for maintenance, even though the hotel advertise that it was available for use but would not be available until after we checked out. The door from the outside coming into the hotel was not locked, even though there was a keypad, anybody could open the door and come into the hotel. I was not a fan of that. On our second day there, I came back to the hotel and could not get into my room because my key card no longer worked even though I was not scheduled to check out until the third day. The parking lot had a lot of trash thrown about it. It was kind of in an industrial area and there was a lot of broken glass so that made it difficult to walk my dog. The room was OK. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong and sometimes I had to flush the toilet 2 to 3 times to get it to flush fully. The cleanliness of the room could’ve been better. The microwave had been used previously and not cleaned. We did not use it. The corners of the room had a lot of dust and dirt accumulated. I wanted to put a do not disturb sign on our door but there wasn’t one. If you need help the front desk has you pick up a phone and dial zero to be connected to someone. There is a sign instructing you to do this because it said they were helping another guest but on each occasion, I walked up to the front desk. Nobody was there.

The outside of the building was not too clean and the lobby needed cleaning as well. The pictures of the lobby on the website look better online. The 3rd floor was stuffy and hot. My actual room was ok, no complaints regarding the actual room I stayed in.
