Had a little trouble finding the hotel, but other than that, everything was great. Took advantage of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Will stay there again when I'm gonna be in the area.

Well the place was ok , not like the last La Quinta we stayed at. Supposedly the elevator (only one in the building) was out of order?? So that evening we ended up going up and down the stairs?!? So the next day i took a chamce to see IF the elevator was actually down?? Got in and took it from the 4th floor to the 1at floor...no issues?? So we were confused as to why it was actually posted as out of order?? Heck even the indoor pool was Supposedly out of order as well?? We were really hoping to take a dip in it that evening...oh well maybe the next place we stay everything will be working??

The hot tub, pool, work out rooms were out of service. 2days into the stay they stopped serving the breakfast. None of the amenities that we wanted were available. If this is how this site books hotels. Count me never using Hotels.com again!

Everyone was very nice and the room was nice and clean. The pool area does need some work, new chairs, more towels and lighting. The hot tub very DIRTY & needs cleaning ASAP!!! I would have liked to have seen bacon and a few other things on the breakfast table. Other than that, it’s a nice place. Julie Ann

I had no issues with staff other they could not find replacement batteries for their remotes. The breakfast was ok the juice machine was messed up and horrible all three days I was there. The waffle makes stuck when you tried to get them out so you got waffle shreds instead. The pool and jacuzzi was ok but everything in the room was covered in rust!. This was NOT a horrible stay but could use attention in certain areas.

Listen, if you're looking for a cheap place to sleep and won't be spending much time at the hotel or in your room, this place is great. But if you're looking for a quality spot, I'd say keep looking. Cons: When we first walked in to the lobby, the entire building was hot. Humid hot. After I checked in, and we got to our room, the room immediately had a mildewy smell, and then we noticed the mini fridge was totally dead. After I called down to the front desk to let them know, we found 1 dead cockroach on the floor and a live one coming out from under the bed. The guy from the front desk came up to look at the fridge and I told him about the bugs and asked if we could switch rooms. I will say, the only reason I didnt leave 1 star was because the staff was very courteous and addressed our concerns quickly. I asked if we could just switch rooms and he did it for us right away. HOWEVER, the new room also had issues. The desk chair had arm pads that were completely ripped and you could see the foam sticking out, obviously very used and the seat itself looked very worn down. There were 3 drawer doors that would not stay closed, and there were chips and scratches on the door, as if someone tried using a knife to unlock the door. The indoor pool was also not well kept, and there were no communal towels to use. Pros: The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, and as I mentioned the staff was courteous and attentive. Free Breakfast was good with nice options.

It was shelter bed was kind of comfy. No lights where the pool was, no jets in the hot tub, staff didn't speak very good english, place had a weird stinky smell.

We had an excellent 2 night stay at this hotel. The pool and hot tub were both functioning properly, which was great for our grandson. We also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do our little vacation. Staff was accommodating and very polite. We will definitely be back.

I stayed May 28 into the 29. I slept there for a total of six hours and when I got home after a day of traveling, I found bed bug bites on my body. I ended up having to clean and wash all of my things. When I called to let the hotel know, they said they would reach out to me. I haven’t heard anything from the hotel. I would not stay here again

Horrible experience with room. Ventilation of the hotel needs to be updated very stuffy. First walk in smelled like cigarettes. Staff member was very kind but the room was nasty. Cover had stain. Structure had damaged

The staff are very nice. The property is dated, and smellls of mold and just a musty smell. The rooms have old beds and furniture, the elevator is slow and smells. The breakfast is very bland and the serving area is always full of people touching food items with dirty hands. The rooms are smelly and hot, the ac didn’t work for 4 days after reporting it. The fridge is old and does t cool your food properly. The showers are dirty and water does not get hot. People use drugs in the parking lot and bump into your car. My brand new truck got bumped by a car door and dinged . And now I have to pay for it. The lobby is very bland and not welcoming at all. Has a foul odor . The laundry area has old machines that don’t work properly. This place needs a remodel and updated furniture and better beds.

It first smelled when I walked in but I could not get a refund. The shower curtain was dirty with stains & sheets had stains as well. I’ve been scratching since I stayed there & I have a rash all over me.

Well, the room appeared to be mostly clean, it smelled very bad, like mildew, and was extremely humid even with the air conditioner brought down to 68°. The lobby was warm and humid the entire time we were there.

Our first room and large area of black mold or mildew in restroom. Had to wait over 30minutes to get another room, but again mildew or mold in restroom, something gross on the wall, and mildew or mold in the picture. The man that checked us in would not get us the manager or our money back. For $129 plus taxes I expect better than that.

Disgusting. Room was infested with bedbugs!!

The room was very clean. And staff was super friendly and helpful.

Well, the room was nice and clean but the toilet ran constantly. It made it very hard to sleep

The stay was only overnight but it was ok. The room was clean and good sized, we had a king with sofa bed. The air condition was very loud which helped to block out outside noises but so loud we had to raise the tv up just to hear it. And the water pressure in the shower was not so great. Had to use the massage level just to get the shampoo out of my hair. And unfortunately we did not realize the hotel was pet friendly..so there were alot of dogs. Thankfully the staff kept the dog hair, smells and other things that come with pets at bay. Probably will not stay here again but for the night it was nice.

the tv never worked. the refrigerator didn't work. i told the staff three times and nothing was done.

It was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was not bad and parking was easy

The room itself was clean. Had 2 tvs. Clean bathroom. The only problems I had was the shower barely worked. Didn’t get very hot at all and the flow was terrible. And the air conditioning was making a very loud noise. Imagine trying to get your groove on and a loud horn sound keeps popping on. Made it hard to sleep. I checked out at 5 am.

Nice and quiet. Check in and check out employees were very nice. Room was very clean. Needs a little updating, but as long as it is clean, I'm ok. Bed was ok, but not super comfy. A/C was very loud. 1 drawer would not close, but we told them at checkout and said they would fix it. Suspicious red.light on microwave, so we covered it with a towel.

Low water Pressure, Torn shower curtain, no towel bar no chair at desk, elevator jumps when starting, Poor maintenance over all

We stayed there for 1 week. Horrible smell in the halls of 3rd floor. Everytime we would come out of the elevator I wanted to throw up. And I’m not sensitive to smells at all!! Elevator stopped working so we had to take stairs for 2 days! Heavy Luggage and all! Did not offer to help. Beds were good. But shower gave me the ick. I liked that we had fridge and microwave!!! But the door that lead to fridge could not stay closed and was super hard to open and would just swing open randomly! Also need to wash towels better!! We found burned hair on 2 of the towels! Others than that it was good.

Room was clean with good ac however, there was a drawer and door on hutch that would not close.

The staff was awesome! But I didn't like that we had to walk next door for breakfast. And hopefully they get better toilet paper haha it sucked bad! And the ac wasn't working neither

The front desk stuff are great. Specially Vick is the most helpful, patient and friendly always trying to accomodate the guest.

Key never worked, 1 employee on site, had to open my room every time, staff sold me laundry detergent and then told me washing machine was broke. AC barely worked and shower barely rained water…. Absolutely ran poorly and I felt bad for 1 employee that was there. They wasn’t mean just not ran right from management I believe

Terrible customer service i had to wait 38 minutes at front desk to someone come to help me there were four families in front of me waiting to check in this persons sad they were waiting to somebody to come to help the to check in for a 20 minutes I call to a number to ask why they were not were assisting customers since I was waiting for 30 minutes and they told me the reason no body was at front desk was because were short on personal besides that they had paper sheet taped on front desk that say that they will have house keeping only every other day and if we need towels we had to down to service desk to ask for sorry I was disappointed

I’ve stayed at this location several times before and always had a great experience, even in the middle of their remodel. This time not so much. The location is good, and the service is decent (not friendly and helpful as it was previously), but that’s where it ended for me. First, we were put right by the elevator and there’s zero noise control near the door. I heard the pinging of the elevator at all hours of the night, along with all conversations of people coming and going from the elevator. This was especially nerve wracking because there was no locking mechanism on the door, just the sliding lock. The sink sprayed water everywhere. The remodel is basically just a refresh and the new floors were sticky and gross in the room so I left my shoes on the whole time. And lastly, there was a party going in the room next door and when I called to ask for support from the front desk around midnight the partying just got louder. I basically haven’t slept at all between my partying neighbors and the constant elevator noise. This was not the experience I was expecting based on my previous trips. I definitely will not be back.

The hotel was very clean and friendly front desk.

My check-in was at 3 but my flight landed in the morning and the front desk allowed to check in early. The room had all the amenities I needed: refrigerator, microwave, soaps, etc.

I was told there was a $50 deposit that would be returned to my account after the stay was over as long as the room condition was good. Left the room perfect and the deposit has not been returned. Called and was told I’d get a call back about it and nothing. I feel extremely screwed over. I need my money back!

Took almost an hour to check in although only one person was in front of us. The first room they gave us was dirty (unmade bed, towels on floor, trash). My disabled husband had to go back down stairs to get a new room and the 2nd room smelled like strong chemicals. So we had to suffer with that all night. In the morning the breakfast was disgusting and they didn’t even have basic sugar for the coffee. The staff was rude. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me!

This location is set back behind other businesses,so it's really private.

Quiet clean and hidden.

The hotel was nice. Clean and nice staff. Area around is the problem. Had my catalytic converters stolen overnight and was told by the police that it happens a lot in that parking lot and the cameras don’t record they only do a live feed. So there’s that.

First time in the DFW area. Hotel was well kept, quiet and clean. Free breakfast was provided, self serve with plenty of options. Will be coming back for another stay in the future.

Easy access from the freeway, staff is friendly and the room is nice

I like the spacious rooms and how the jacuzzi in the pool area was open but, I didn't like that while they were remodeling(that wasn't their fault),we had to walk across the driveway to get breakfast and it was cold outside and that they charge 50 for booking through a 3rd party sure e.g. Expedia which is cheapest compared to their site which they do not make you aware of until you check-in

They eggs were horrible

Breakfast was yellow tofu substitute for eggs. Not very appealing. Artificial sausage patties 3 of 4 days. Dining area had no A/C and was hot every time we ate or try to use. Smells in 2nd floor hallway included natural gas, marijuana smoke, and mildew. 2nd floor ice machine was broken, requiring elevator trip for ice every time. Towel and linen service was only on Mon, Wed, Sat.

Location was good for our visit. Room lighting was inadequate,one lamp didn't have a plug on the electric cord. Water was turned off in bathroom (under the sink), cabinet in living area was well used, needs attention. Finally, the breakfast offering was poor in variety and quality. Saturday appeared to be leftover from Friday.

Although the facility is undergoing construction at the moment, the staff did their best to make sure our stay was a great experience. Since there is construction, breakfast vouchers are given for the hotel across the parking lot where their staff was also very accommodating to us. All in all I can’t wait to stay here again once renovations are fully complete!

Check-in was perfect, the room so nice and clean. This LaQuinta had a great breakfast and the dining area was bright, comfortable and clean. A great stay!

Ok. Breakfast is pathetic. Very little selection or variety. Hotel overall cleanliness is marginal at best. Each week it’s gotten worse. I’m looking for another hotel to stay in. Probably go to the 1 across the parking lot. Stayed there once. Everything was great there. Price higher but worth it. Every cent!!!!

The breakfast wasn't very good. No eggs and the potatoes they provided were really cold. It seemed like the waffle mix was "watered" down, it made the waffles thin and airy, not firm and full.

Great stay, breakfast was delicious!
