I appreciate how the staff is friendly. It was easy to navigate through the hotel. The property was clean and smelled very nice! The room was also very nice! The only issue was the side door (across from KFC) to the right of the main entrance did not work with the key card, other than that everything is great so far.

We stayed here for one night, a family of five, and we would like to stay longer: the room is good, bright enough, and modern furniture, quiet, breakfast good, the children liked the hotel pool (indeed more than the last two hotel pools on this trip), laundry machine worked (different from the last hotel). I don’t know if I ever will come back to Lafayette, but I would use this hotel again. Now on to the next destination and hope that hotel is also good.

Our room had trash under the moving footstool and the pullout sofabed. Upon moving the footstool, the trash was still not cleaned when housekeeping came in the following day. The phone in the room did not work, nor did the room's safe. It felt just a little bit dirty the whole time.

We stayed at this location while in town for a soccer tournament. Check in went well and Robby was very helpful. Upon entering our room, we noticed that the toilet would not flush properly. So when we notified the front desk. It was tended to, but the problem occurred again. We notified the front desk at least 4 times and the end result is they brought us a plunger. The problem was never remedied, and I was very unhappy about the resolution and lack of concern. Secondly, at 9:45 on a Friday and Saturday night the staff told us that they were receiving noise complaints and we were not loud. They were rude and not hospitable. I WILL NOT recommend this location, and I would NOT stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel because we had a family member having surgery & this is where the other members were staying. The hotel is in a good location, there was a Rasin Canes just 1 red light down, a Taco Bell & KFC next door. The hotel was very clean & even had Dove brand soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner! The only real downside was the bed, it was firm ( i prefer a soft bed). Over all it was a nice place.
