Beautiful hotel, rooms nice and spacious. Parking great, and good location. Breakfast was really good and dinning area extremely clean. Water/ coffee station in lobby was nice. Cons- mold above the shower and on walls, not a lot but enough i was concerned for my family. No towels at pool, and no morning staff at desk.

I don't have pictures but the carpet had all kinds of stains and which is gross.... The upstairs neighbors were so loud the first night it woke my whole family up past midnight and we didn't get a good rest we were hoping for. I wanted a refund but they aren't willing or.cant because the general manager is out until Monday SUPPOSEDLY. OVERALL the hotel staff was nice... As far as the hotel being fabulous I would say not even close. Same with where I am staying now... I will take pictures this time. It is kind of gross.

Very nice people, easy check-in, good breakfast selection. However, it smelled extremely musty/unpleasant on the third floor in the hall. Thankfully, it didn’t carry over into the room much or I would not have been able to tolerate it. The toilet didn’t work right in the room, like only successfully flushed half the time. It was nice and quiet and beds were very comfy, and I loved the pillows. It had a microwave and frig as well as a jetted tub. The switch for the jets was on the wall by the bathroom door so I had to get out to shut off the jets, which sprayed water a bit. But it was a nice soak :-)

The room was really lovely and very roomy. The bed was just very comfortable. The pool was huge. We really enjoyed that. The only negative was the air conditioner was so noisy. I had to use my earplugs. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and it came on anytime you turned on the light. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Everything about the check-in process was pretty easy. The two women checking us in around 8pm were great, but the night shift woman was terrible. I went down to buy something from the store they have and she seemed very irritated that I was buying something shortly after she got on shift. She rolled her eyes when I came up with the food and took about 15 seconds to acknowledge me standing right in front of her. I always try to “kill someone with kindness” that acts like this, so u threw her a smile and thanked he at the end, but she couldn’t even acknowledge the thank you with anything. This interaction really tainted my experience here, but customer service now days is terrible, so I shouldn’t be surprised. I would recommend this property to a friend, just stay away from the desk during night shift!

My stay started off very rocky with a room reservation that was mistakenly given to another guest with another name. I took 45 minutes to fix this and after a long stressful and travel day this was very disappointing. I still give it 5 stars as I understand we all make mistakes and Tiffany at the front desk was so appologetic and kind that it made it ok. It was not even her mistake but was made by the prior front desk person. She was proffessional and empathetic. What was wonderful is when they fixed the reservation she upgrade me to a lovely room.

We stayed here for three days to enjoy time with my father. The front staff was extremely friendly and the hotel housekeeping was on top of making sure our room was clean. Breakfast was different each day and the bed we slept in was extremely comfortable. When it was time to leave my car battery died and the front desk tried to help me jump it. I ended up needing a new battery and one of the gentleman that worked there drove my husband to the nearest Auto Zone and helped him grab a battery and even helped install it. We will definitely be staying here again.
