Desk and check in staff were amazing. Having to pay for mandatory valet parking for $38 is excessive. Especially when we had to park our own car cause the valet staff couldn’t drive a Manuel transmission sports car. For $38 they held our keys for us over night. And in the morning when we checked out. We were handed our keys with no assistance with our bags.

Room was fantastic, breakfast was great, and the staff was phenominal. But the biggest standout was Jen, one of the Shuttle Bus Drivers. From her food recommendations to her contagious laugh, she made this trip truly 10/10!

Room was clean, breakfast was great. Only issue was the difficulty in accessing the water cooler in the gym. It was in the basement and the elevator didn't go down there, so we had to take stairs and I have difficulty walking up and down stairs.

Bob, airport shuttle driver was very pleasant. The lobby was impressive with the bronze doors. It is very well positioned and it was super easy to walk to many places.

Hotel was as expected, breakfast was better than expected. I do feel however that the policy of housekeeping only on request leaves carpets not properly cleaned. Carpets should be vacuumed at least on alternate days to maintain hygiene.

Bathroom was sticky especially the floor, door and handle. Clump of hair on the shower wall. Too bad because the rest of the property was in pretty good shape. Pretty breakfast area. Nice valet and staff.

Honestly the policy of not cleaning the rooms on a daily basis was unacceptable. The housekeeping service was sure to keep a card in our room to ask for a tip however they merely brought us towels and never made the bed or cleans the mirror in our room which after several days had toothpaste stains. Also we found dirty rags and Windex in the elevator and outside of the elevator. This area is so prominent that's the only reason we would consider coming back but this hotel needs a major update

Hotel was in downtown. We check in after 1am, our desk clerk couldn’t have been helpful and friendly. Even gave us cold water at check in. The room was clean but did have a musty smell. The breakfast was good. The coffee good and hot.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a unique old bank building in financial district. Staff was friendly and responsive. Included breakfast was very good. Convenient walking distance to River Walk and Brown University. Definitely would stay again.

Staff was great from start to end. However, upon entering the room there was a strong smell of mold. I'm not sure if it was the carpet or the chairs. This hotel is also listed with free parking on booking page but when I received the confirmation from the hotel the only option given was valet parking. When checking in they also charge you a $50 fee which they tell you they would return when you check out but never did. Instead they tell you $36 goes to the valet parking and that the remainder will be returned to you in few business days. They also need to place hot signs maybe in different languages on/next to/or above the heated appliances that are used in the breakfast area to prevent burn accidents

This was our first trip to Providence and we will not be returning. I don’t know what was going on, but literally all night we could clearly hear loud street racing outside of the hotel. It lasted for hours and made it very difficult to try to sleep. Does Mooney call the police about that? Also being in the midst of tons of restaurants it would make sense for the rooms to have mini fridges, but ours did not. As well as no microwave. Otherwise, the building is nice and centrally located.

Liked the location of the hotel and the availability of the shuttle bus for journeys up to 2 miles. TV was terrible because you had to scan a QR code on the TV to get the channels but there was not TV guide on the tv to know what programs were being shown on the channels from hour to hour. It had been taken off. I don't know whose idea that was but it was a stupid idea!! and signed off by people who thought they were being clever but were rather being !!!!!

If you want to be right downtown, this is the right place. The hotel is very clean and the staff is good, with a good breakfast. There is a free shuttle van too. But the rooms are small with no refrigerator. The price seems high for the size of the rooms.

Great location with easy access to Providence. Fabulous shuttle service from airport, around town and to the railway station. Spacious room, good bed and linen. Only issue was that room was expensive with only view to a multi-storey car park that was bleak and required use of block out curtains during day for privacy when exiting bathroom.

I had accidentally double book this hotel. I only needed 1 room, but accidentally made 2 bookings. When I was checking in the girl in the front inform me of this, so of course I ask her to cancel. She told me I had to contact Orbitz, if Orbitz confirms okays the cancellation the hotel themselves will cancel no problem. But she checks me into the room that I had not prepaid, even though I had prepaid the other booking. Later when I called online chat with Orbitz, they told me the hotel will not cancel and will not refund me that room charge, and that Orbitz will contact the manager in the morning and see if they can negotiate with them to take care of this problem. I mean this should have been so easy, but the hotel just made it such a hassle. And I’m having to waste more time trying to get $200 back. Horrible horrible service.

Nicely located near coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown. Only complaints are a homeless person came and grabbed breakfast one morning and when I was leaving at 6 am no one was available for 15 minutes to get my car.

I was there for a wedding one night and it look me four phone calls to accommodate an early check in by just 30 minutes prior to the normal 4pm check in. It’s already stressful being in a wedding but also I had plans change due to a death in the family and it was a bummer that I couldn’t downgrade my room to save on the costs of my hotel. Manny was very helpful at the end only hours before the wedding, but the amount of work and effort to get to this after a series of unfortunate events made this hotel stay needless to say, not an ideal situation.

The staff were extraordinary with their friendly demeanor and very professional and knowledgeable on where to go, restaurants and attractions not to miss. Check-in and out was very efficient. The offered shuttle service with Bob was such an awesome feature. Breakfast was extraordinary and the dining room beautiful. My only comment would be that the beds weren’t terrible but I believe should be replaced. We will definitely be back; really loved this hotel

Perfect location for visiting the JWU campus. I don't think you can get any closer. The staff was friendly and the hotel, which is in a historic building, is clean and comfortable. Restaurants right outside the front door. We'll definitely be staying again.

Nice hotel right in the middle of several walkable bars/restaurants. Parking options are limited so be sure to include $32 for valet parking in your final price, since it's basically required. Breakfast was OK. Very cool vintage/throwback look inside.

Easy walk to PPAC. Very safe feeling, needing the key card to operate elevator and enter front door. Lots of dining options around. Breakfast was just okay...bananas were all rotten and omlets were made with peppers, which i can't eat...would've preferred plain.

Comfortable, clean and central hotel. Had problem with broken shower but staff friendly member Daryl came and fixed it. Only criticism is that did not enjoy my breakfast so much on paper plates and plastic forks. Apart from that the hotel was very good standard.
