This is a decent hotel for the price with free parking and breakfast. It's centrally located, close to the highway and even has many food places within walking distance. The pool looked questionable and the fitness center was small but clean (a treadmill, bike & all-in-one weight lifting machine). The ladies that ran the kitchen for breakfast were great as was housekeeping. I'd stay there again.

We have stayed at this property every year since 2021, and this year I noticed a significant decline in the property upkeep. The elevator was broken, hallways were damaged and scratched. The door to our room was slightly broken, the dead bolt didnt work and the latch at the top worked, but was askew. This made it easy for my toddler to open the door. The broken door made me worry a bit for my family's safety, even tho we just stayed one night. Overall mixed experience, considering we had decent stays in the past.

Pool was gross. It needs chemicals and a good scrubbing. Steps and bottom were slimey and water was cloudy with stuff floating on top that i tried to skim out but it didnt help. Learn how to maintain your pool please. We wanted to swim but it was too dirty. The rest of the hotel was ok

The experience here was great EXCEPT access to the pool AGAIN!! I stay here every time I come back home to Wilson NC and the last 2 times the pool is shut down. The desk staff refused to let us swim . This is upsetting because I was told the pool was open prior to us coming !!

Upon checking in with a dog and heavy bags we were told the elevator was broken. The room was average but had no hot water when we went to shower in the morning. There was no one at the front desk to tell as we left in the morning.

The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were thin. The room was decently clean for the price. There are plenty of food options. It’s fine for a one night stay. The pool was small and hadn’t been tended to recently as it had unknown particles and hair floating in it. The towels they offer at the pool are tiny.

I arrived around 10pm, and so tired. Bed sheet was not clean (still there were some hairs), and bathroom tub area was dirty and in poor condition with too much slow drain. And, noisy refrigerator was uncomfortable for sleeping. And, next morning a small cockroach in the elevator. I visited this place some times ago, and its good memory made me to come there again, but unfortunately this time was totally disappointed. And, may not choose again.

I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel, which would be fine except we don’t have pets and we were covered in pet hair from previous guests in our room. All of the surfaces that were wiped down had big streak marks left on them like mirrors, counters and the shower. The floor felt sticky. Just didn’t feel clean. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent.

The bath tub was covered in some kind of materiel. It was great in areas. Mold above rub on ceiling in many places. Unsure if this black wadded up materiel was a shock or whatever on the floor by the night stand. So disgusting

Check in staff/reception was great. 5 stars! Rooms need a huge update as far as painting the walls and doors. Shower handle was broken. Had a hard time finding hot water due to the handle been broken and it wouldn’t turn off completely. House keeping didn’t clean room all 5 days we were there. Lucky we didn’t run out of toilet paper. Pillows were the size of decorative couch size pillows. They need to get regular standard sizes.

The staff didn’t really interact much. The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud kicking on and off nonstop all night was frustrating and made it difficult to sleep. The pool was nice and very clean and the breakfast was very good.

I definitely give the cleanliness and the size of the room five stars! The room was fantastic. Just note that there is no carpeting on the floor so it is quite loud, especially if you have pets. Or somebody's kid running around on the floor above you. The service was just okay. When I got there there was a sign saying that they were out helping a guest and they would be right back. So I waited about 10 minutes for someone to appear so I could check in. And then they were definitely not too excited about being there. But the worst part about the stay I would say was the breakfast. The food was pretty awful. The scrambled egg patty was dry and had no taste, same with the sausage. Even the sausage gravy with the biscuit had zero flavor. Of course I could have went with a bagel or the waffle, but I was trying to eat something with a little more protein, as was my husband who is a diabetic. Therefore there wasn't a whole lot for us to eat. I will say another positive is all of the open area they have around the hotel for dogs to be able to get out and run around. However, if your dog has to be on a leash just note that there is no fenced in dog area. It's just an open field.

Front desk service was ok. Room cleansliness was fair. Fresh paint to cover old quality. Rooms were minimal, small pillows, bathroom was poorly lit and TP was less than a roll. Pool was closed when we got there but opened later. Parking was good. A few large groups there so they we in busses kept parking good. For 150$ a room i wasnt impressed.

They only offered sofa size pillows. 12x12in. No regular pillows throughout the hotel. There was a hole cut threw the flooring with no cover exposing the plumbing drain right next to the bed

The person who checked us in on a late Friday evening was not friendly. He over charge my for one night. He had an attitude and basically told me thing that were not true. I didn’t like the fact when I called five times that no one picked up the phone to notify them we will be a late check in. The room had an oder. Window curtain torn. Loud. We will NEVER stay at this hot again or in any state. The gentleman that helped us check out in the morning was very nice, helped us with the mistake that the check in did and did not have an attitude!

We stayed at this location in March of 2024 and didn’t have a great stay. Our room was directly above where the staff would take breaks outside. There were tons of F Bombs and foul language for my young daughters to hear at 8:00am in the morning. We were reluctant to stay here again while visiting my elderly Mother in Wilson. Well you have definitely cleaned things up. There was no foul language and your staff was extremely professional everytime we had a chance to interact with them. Hats off to you for listening to your customer base and doing something about it. Thank you…we will be back.

Check-in was Thursday June 20 around 845 pm. My husband is handicapped and walks with a cane. He went inside to check-in. He waited 10 minutes for assistance. The staff member was outside talking to a friend because I overheard the conversation. He had a clear view of my husband waiting at the counter. No one should have to be the only person in line, then wait 10 minutes while the staff isn't doing their job and talking outside to a friend! Next, the toilet in room continued to fill up. It needed repair. I had to turn the shut off valve so that it didn't run all night. I left a note on the toilet!

Excellent location , right off the highway, bunch of restaurants to chose from within walkable distance. Decent breakfast and courteous staff. The only thing is the shower head bar/handle hanging lose or detached from the shower wall. But it worked so not a big deal for me.

For a budget friendly hotel Country Inn and Suites by Radisson is an excellent place to stay. As for breakfast, we only had coffee there, but for people who eat conventional food, they have a quite generous spread.
