Stayed 1 night

Staff was kind and welcoming. I would say that was the only good part of our stay. Although upon check-in, nobody checked my ID. We stayed on the third floor. There was a commotion of someone trying to kick in a door, screaming yelling and fighting, and then the cops showed up. This caused my daughter to cry and become very scared. We reached out to the front desk, who assured us that the situation was being taken care of. The air conditioner in our room was dirty and smelled like old socks, like no one had cleaned the filter in a while. Also made really loud noises while turning on and off throughout the night. Further into the night we heard more screaming and rattling of doors. We did not even stay for breakfast. We got up and left as fast as we could because we were scared. Elevators were slow and made weird. Sounds while using them. The keys to the pool didn’t work. The entry and exit to the highway, and the food options around were an excellent addition to the property also the convenience of the gas station directly across the street. Did not like that there was an adult venue across from the hotel made for interesting questions from our child. All in all, if you are traveling with small children, I definitely would not recommend.
