When we checked in they gave a room that was already occupied and we walked into their room with their belonging in it- it took around 30 minutes to check in and handle the confusion of rooms. We felt a unsafe since we watched as another person come down and say their room key wasn’t working and the lady at the front desk didn’t even verify he was the actual person who was in that room. Elevator sounds horrible and as if was going to break down.

Everything about our experience at this hotel was great except that the pool located so close to the rooms on the first floor. There we a lot of people at the pool until midnight or so. It was loud. We could hear every conversation had at the pool. We had been up since early in the morning and traveled all day. We needed to get a good night’s sleep and get up early in the morning the next day. I don’t know if there’s anything that can be done other than enforce a reasonable curfew for the pool.

quick easy parking. Had a room on first floor that was a very short walk. The breakfast was actually quite good and a large variety of items including fruit and muffins to take with me the coffee was first rate and I am particular about my coffee. the bed was comfortable ( nice and firm,). The bathroom was good size and nice and new and clean. The shower had plenty of force and the hot water came quickly. I highly reccommend this Holiday Inn

The staff was great. The breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable. But... The premises were not in good shape. The laminate on the bathroom door was peeling off - probably because there's no vent in there. The elevator made a lot of noise and was dirty. The lights in the bedroom were all very bright no soft or low light to leave on for middle of the night bathroom visits. Chipped paint on bathroom walls. The coffee downstairs at the breakfast area was good but the in-room coffee sucked.

Common area kept spotless. Staff uber-friendly. Breakfast facility, and staff were fantastic. Nice selection of foods, everything clean as you can get. Rooms, bathrooms were spotless. We have stayed in several area hotels, and have been somewhat disappointed in some fashion. Nothing to complain about here! A+++++ We'll be back!

The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything looks newly updated except for the TVs which is a little strange. The shower head was very high which made it difficult for me to adjust the water pressure. The breakfast wasn't so good - the eggs and biscuits were overcooked. This was a bit of a disappointment since I usually really enjoy a Holiday Inn Express breakfast.

Room was clean and breakfast was anything just about you could want to start the day. Walls are very thin as we heard everything around us and above us most of both nights. Decided must have been wild horses staying above us as someone stomped around late in to the night. Very annoying but nothing that hotel staff can help. Would stay again. Very convenient to what we needed it for.

Nice hotels, and near enough to some of the activities we were going to. Pool was nice, staff very nice and helpful, slightly noisy ac unit in room and the automatic black out blind was broken in the down position so no sunlight during the day.

Beautiful hotel. Inside is great - rooms are spacious. I have stayed there twice and it is the loudest hotel I have ever been to. People yelling and making noise until 1 or 2 in the morning. With surgery the next morning and having to get up and 4:30 in the morning, this is horrible. They need to enforce quiet hours. Someone was playing a guitar all night.

Bathroom door handle didn't work. Shower faucet leaked terribly from the control handle. Toilet was not tightened to the floor and it rocked while sitting on it. Im not talking about a loose seat, the entire bowl moved!

From the second I checked in, the front desk agents were very attentive. They text me throughout my stay to make sure everything was well, they even brought extra towels to the room within minutes of me calling. It was an excellent experience! I will be returning!

Everything was top notch from check-in to departure; the staff was friendly & helpful; room was spacious&clean; the walk in shower was spacious with a large folding seat.
