It was clean enough maybe a tad outdated feel but acceptable for sure and the staff was professional/helpful. The location and parking area felt a little shady after dark. A few people lurking about some outside to smoke and the door at the end of the hallway didn't close easily and stayed partially open. I am not sure I would have felt comfortable traveling solo but otherwise the stay was okay and the room average.

The staff were friendly and the lobby looked clean. The bathrooms needed updated. Around the boarder of our room was a layer of dust and crumbs that the vacuum will miss unless you use the hose. The comforter on the bed also had blood on it that looked “fresh” like the comforter wasn’t washed so the stains weren’t faded.

Sue was fantastic, she warmly greeted us upon arrival. Sue was friendly, informative, and helped us find a restaurant that we really enjoyed. We had a nice conversation with Sue about our MINI Cooper Rally and we just overall really enjoyed meeting her. Please tell Sue hello from the MINI Cooper people. You have a GEM in Sue, give her a raise! Our room was clean but the hotel really needs a refresh. Pls tu of parking. Breakfast could have been better, small selection of bagels, etc.

There was a whole fingernail in our bathroom, mold in the shower, the bathroom door was not painted, and we ordered a room with two queen beds and got two fulls instead, and it did not look like the room had been vacuumed.

Found used pad wrapped in the towels. front desk staff told us "yeah if the towels aren't used, we just leave them in the room and replace the used ones". The smoke detector had no batteries, the outlets were all loose and didn't keep things plugged in.
