There were three tvs in the rooms, only two were connected which was ok because there were only two remotes. One of the bathrooms had a mismatched door handle, silver one side/brass the other, when I touched the knob the brass side fell off. One of the light shades was also broken. And there were smudges and visible dust/dirt buildup on some of the doors, walls, and trim. On the plus side, the sheets and bedding were very clean, the rooms were spacious, the double room had a living room and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Each room had a tv. The fireplace was a nice touch. The common areas were nice and the staff was extremely hospitable.

Okay-dishwasher in poor condition and a dining chair was torn up. Mattress in fold out sofa in poor condition but the bed was very comfortable. Please supply More pillows. Pool was clean and towels were there which is helpful.

The bathroom door and HVAC closet door in our room didn’t close/latch fully. It wasn’t a huge problem for us but some guests might not love that the bathroom door keeps popping open a bit. Despite that, I would stay again. There is a train track right across from the hotel. I wasn’t bothered by any train noise, but possibly super-light sleepers could be. The staff and service at this Residence Inn could not have been more friendly or helpful. Very impressive! My main complaint was that the hide-a-bed was terribly uncomfortable. Probably the worse sofa bed I've ever slept on. Also please provide a complete sheet set rather than just a fitted sheet. But, if you don't need to make use of the extra bed, it is a very pleasant stay.

Liked the staff with quick attention to our concerns. Loved Tyann who alone handled breakfast every morning(3 days) with grace, efficiency, and a smile! And Sunday morning was very crowded, but Tyann was a STAR in dealing with everyone! Also appreciated the desk staff and "handyman" who quickly addressed our toilet "issue". Our room, 224, definitely has slow draining problems in toilet, shower and sink.

Last Wednesday, we lost everything in a house fire. We found this hotel and stumbled in bleary eyed and in our only clothes. Karen G, at the front desk, was kind, understanding, and went out of her way to make sure we felt safe and comfortable. And when I broke down in tears, she held me in her arms with a warmth you’d never expect from a stranger. I hope someone sees this. I hope good things come to her. Thank you, Karen.

We’ve stayed at plenty of residence inns and this was probably the worst. The location is nice- great quiet neighborhood and felt safe. The train is literally right across the street and very loud if you’re a light sleeper. Also the hotel is very run down and needs multiple repairs and updates. It didn’t feel like a Marriott.
