Very friendly staff at check-in, complimentary bottled water in room was nice, breakfast was great, lots of choices, there is a guest laundry area-pay to use, but convenient. Big parking lot. A great Irish pub with delicious food is two doors away in the same plaza, another review mentioned it too! Comfortable stay. It’s a bit of a drive to Kent & it took longer to get to some places from the the times in the listing, but we wanted to avoid the high parking fees in downtown hotels.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was what it was expected to be option wise but they tried to change it up some each day. Rooms were very clean, staff super nice and acknowledged every guest when walking in and out. Chinese food next doir was delicious as well. Only issue we had which wasnt really a big ordeal was the electric car charging stations were broke or out of service, nit even sure if hotel has anything to do with that but heads up to anyone who has a hybrid or ev.

We really enjoyed our stay. Although much of the equipment (air conditioning, the ice machine etc.) are obviously several decades old, everything works and the hotel in general has been renovated recently. Our room was very tidy and fresh. The breakfast is good and there is complimentary tea and coffee available almost at any hour, and there are excellent cookies in the evening. The cleanliness of the small gym is impeccable. The personnel are super nice and helpful and resolved our small issues with great speed. The young lady who was at the reception on the evenings of June 27th and 28th is especially wonderful - she was simultaneously handling many issues including a parking place renovation and three whole softball teams, but still managed to make everyone feel special and cared for and we all got friendly smiles from her.

It is a clean facility. I often find hotel room showers to be lacking but this place had a good water pressure. Breakfast was also good and everyday we enjoyed their home baked cookies and coffee next to the breakfast room. It comes with an easy access parking with an ample room. Highly recommended.

Staff wa very friendly, room appeared clean, we were close to the freeways to Seattle or Tacoma. Only drawback was we'd asked for towel service the first morning, but the cleaning staff skipped us because we put our "do not disturb" sign ip until after breakfast and had left for the afternoon. Not a big deal as we were able to get clean towels that night feom the front desk.

Had a 3 days stay in August 2024. Pros: - Quiet place. Next to a golf course. - Generally clean except the issues listed in Cons. - The included breakfasst was OK. No the best, but acceptalbe. Cons: - Far from Seattle, if you have work to do there. - Some doubts about cleanliness. When we received the room, there was a used towel hanging in bathroom. The rest of bathroom looked clean despite being old and in need of renovation. - Noisy air conditioner. - The fridge was not working properly even after we turned the temperature control to minimum. - The lady in breakfast room was hard working but grumpy. I mentioned that the coffee machine is in need of emptying the waste, she just shrugged off and said it's broken (it wasn't). - The cleaning staff and breakfast staff are mainly speaking Spanish, some cannot communicate in English. - We didn't have our room serviced or cleaned during the 3-day stay. I'm not sure if this is the new norm or they just skipped cleaning the room, emptying the garbage cans and replenishing the bathroom supplied.

This was a very clean and pretty much spotless hotel but it end up having roaches. We saw they placed roach traps in various area’s of the room. Upon returning to our room one night we saw a roach go inside the coffee pot. All staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. They have a washer and dryer if you want to clean your clothes. A laundromat at the end of the block as well. Restaurants within the same area. Gas station a couple blocks away. Perfect place to jump on the highway going and coming back.

Nice hotel , nice breakfast , excellent staff but There is no daily room service to clean the room. I have been told by front desk that they are under staffed. It is important for some customers to have fresh clean room everyday when they come back from busy work schedule.

Def very thin walls from hall and above. There was a empty bottle left from previous guest by the bed and also not sure if it was a dog friendly room but I got bit a bunch by something in the night. When I come to kent I always stay here but for some reason this was prob the worst stay overall. The staff is always very nice and hotel in general is always clean. Breakfast is good.

Filthy. Scary. Weird entry/reception area that indicates a dangerous neighborhood (think ticket window, hole in the wall, with plexi partition). Hallways look like they've poured motor oil along them. Chipped, scraped, dirty surfaces. The room lock had been compromised - see pics). At least there weren't bedbugs, but if that's the nicest things I can say, there's a problem.

Air conditioning was unacceptable. Would only maintain 67 degrees and muggy. No full-time fan available to cover hotel noise. Fan started at random times and ran for half a minute. One would think a $130 room could at least offer 25 cents worth of air conditioning? The energy related penny pinching is out of control at this hotel.

Rooms ok, no microwave in room. Beds ok but pillows were the worst we have ever experienced. Hard and unforgiving. Like using bags of cement. Staff was very nice and breakfast was very well done. It's sad to watch how some people seriously abuse the free food.

Good location overlooking a golf course,quite and has restaurants and sports bar in the plaza. Just keep a good eye on your credit card charges. They charged mine twice and I noticed about 3weeks later. Called them and they claimed it was charged in error.

The service at the hotel was outstanding! When we arrived the internet was down and difficult for the staff but they did everything to make it seamless. As we were heading out even offered us an umbrella. Awesome breakfast and they served fresh baked cookies with tea and coffee in the afternoon!i

When I checked in I asked if there was two bedroom available instead of the single king. I repeated multiple times what I was asking bc I could tell she was confused. She said they did and she switched it. When I got to the room she gave us a single queen. We had to leave to a game but when I got back I told the front desk what happened and she pretty much said sorrry about your luck you can have some free snacks. I also paid the same price for a king and got a queen. Not impressed with the resolution.

Woke up to about 10 different cars with broken windows in the parking lot. No notice of this from hotel staff at checkin. Is this a normal occurance here? Hotel attached to other business with no exit besides front door which is inconvient. Reception was great but area is a danger zone, I usually don't stay at BW chain hotels and with this experience I won't ever again. I have traveled all over the USA and have never experienced this.

We needed a hotel for the airport in SEA, and we found a room literally the day that we needed it, so that was fabulous. Location is close to the airport. Front desk staff was extremely hospitable, and room was clean. Check-in and out process was very easy.

The hotel is the best part of Kent, at least what I see. We look for a place to grab someone for dinner and 2 or 3 ligths after the hotel and was full of homeless, well the surrounding area is not the best but the Hotel make feel secure.

There was expired milk the first morning we had breakfast. Our room was only cleaned one time in 6 days I did have do not disturb sign up one day. The otber 4 days our room was ignored. The beds were not very comfortable this time but the staff was beyond wonderful. They made the stay worth it.
