Front desk man was respectful and friendly. The staff thought the hotel the next morning cleaning and at the breakfast always smiled and greeted. Other than the room feeling humid upon arrival (Texas weather) all was good in our room. We lowered the temp and it did helped! Breakfast was as expected. All tasted fresh but eggs tasted like typically free hotel eggs. Good enough for our quick stay. We did appreciate the 24 hour coffee machine and refillable water station. We would stay here again for sure.

We had six rooms here for ourselves and friends who traveled to Fort Worth for our daughter's wedding. The property is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. You can be in downtown Fort Worth in only minutes. We are Fort Worth natives so we know the area is safe. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is average but there's plenty of it and it is well presented. The property is well maintained with plenty of parking. We have stayed here in the past and had no reservations about recommending it to all of our friends. We will stay here in the future.

The hotel fit the bill for our home away from home while on vacation. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The water in the shower was hot and very soft which is a plus. Breakfast was good the day we had it. We wish the pool had been open though since the weather was warm enough.

We appreciated the easy check-in and seamless check-out. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, pool was nice. Great location, low-key vibe with reasonable rates. We had a quiet room and the hotel serves a great breakfast. Staff were thoughtful, helpful, attentive and informative. Property listing states there is a pool, the pool was closed our entire stay. This was completly unacceptable being we were in TX heat and wanted to be able to use the pool pretty much every afternoon. Also the fridge had mold in it and the bathrooms provided only 2 towels. When asking for another towel they would want one of the others returned first? I think a credit is due simply for the fact there was no pool available.

I stay here frequently. It’s always quiet and clean . Front desk personnel are polite and professional. They have added a coffee machine and filtered water dispenser which is nice . Breakfast is adequate. Good stay

The outside was fine but felt like I parked in 1996. Staff was friendly but I was charged $25 for checking in early. Hallways are dark and dated. My room had been updated in the sense of paint and a newer mattress. It still slightly smelled of cigarettes or something from the years prior. The bed was comfortable for what it was. Bathroom has not been updated. Caulk and grout lines were cracked and dirty. The biggest problem was when I was brushing my teeth getting ready for bed, a cockroach crawled under the bathroom door. So now as I’m going to bed, I have to worry about those in the room now.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke which sets off my asthma. The hotel was booked so they couldn't move us to another room. the lady gave me a can of Lysol which didn't make the blankets or carpet any better. The only plus is that they did refund us.

The shower was gross, it was uneven and water build up on the floor. The pool didn't work and we were not notified of that. She sheets were dirty and we had to have them changed within the first 10 minutes of being there. The staff was friendly. But we will never stay there again.

Very convenient to Dickies Arena and to old stockyards area. Great steak houses for dinner and having the waffle house in parking lot was enjoyable for breakfast. Nice property.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Check-in was quick and easy, the place was extremely clean, breakfast was hot and had a great variety (We stayed a total of four nights/five days and breakfast alternated, so we didn’t get bored of the same food), and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful! The room got very cold, which was awesome in 109 degree weather! The only issue I had was that I had to pump the conditioner about 50 times to get what I needed, as I have waist length hair.
