The room was clean....I didn't have wi fi service and the volume on the television wouldn't work correctly but I still had some entertainment than no television at all...when it's a heatwave or winter storm you be glad to have somewhere to stay if you got the funds to pay in order to lay!!!! Have a good day

I reserved a king room only to get told that it was not available upon arrival at 9 pm when we finally arrived. Ended up in room with with two beds, air conditioning sounded like it was going to break and really loud. Kept me up half the night. Tub was dirty and had hair in it. Slept as much as I could and left at 5am to leave and the office was closed until 7 am. The person working however was nice.

It was poor overall at best. I understand that it’s a family trying to maintain alone, but it was seriously outdated and rough. I had to change rooms immediately because the plumbing was almost ineffective. No thanks.

Bathroom was dirty, bed was terrible. I booked two double bed but the room has one bed. Front office staff/owner was extremely rule and did not comply with hotel.com terms about # of pets. Instead of assigned my reserved room he asked to go other place around 12am. Statement was " I own this property & I don't care what Hotel.com says" I even called earlier about my late check in due to travel delayed. Rather arguing with that rude man I rather cool him down and stay there for few hours. I had to pay $120 cash. And it sound like that person did a big favor to let me. WOW !! Not sure why major OTAs still list this properly. I should have read reviews before make my reservation !!
