Room was FILTHY. Sink and dishwasher both leaking. Dead bugs under bed. Stained sheets. Oh and our ROOM DOOR DID NOT LOCK when shut. I could just push it open with no key. DO NOT STAY HERE

Stayed 2 nights

The first room was very dirty. The walls were dirty, the tub had a ring on dirt and soap scum, and the sheets had brown stains. The second room was cleaner, but around the sink was dirty and even the toilet paper dispenser was unclean.

The most unacceptable room I’ve ever stayed in. Was not vacuumed. Furniture old & abused, bed frame and comfortable super soiled, chunks of bar soap left in shower & stuff on the shower walls. Microwave filthy & burnt. I did not get cleaning the last 3 of 5 days (no sign put out) and had to ask for toilet paper and washcloths. Left my phone charger (called from the airport 2 hrs after checking out) and keep getting the run around when I ask if my daughter can come get it to mail it to me. That was 4 days ago & 9 calls thus far.

I guess we got what we paid for. There is probably a need for this price point in hotels, but we won’t be staying there again. Unkept, broken items, no blow dryer, condom in the dresser drawer…

My wife & I felt "used & abused". Upon checking in I questioned why we were not in an accessible room? I had called the property directly after making our reservation thru Hotels.com. I was told our original reservation was for Room 109 which was not accessible. I was told that a change could be made. When checking in I was told that I couldn't have talked to the front desk even though I read off their direct #. We were booked for a King, but ended being relegated to Room 306 in the other building. I was told there were no other rooms available. Things literally went in the toilet when we tried to access the building & room. I use a walker & the threshold at the entrance requires lifting the walker over it. The entrance to the room is worse. The bathroom is a literal closest with no bars near the commode nor in the shower. There is a stain on the floor at the entrance to the restroom that appears to be some sort of construction grease, tar or oil. We had some car towels that we used to try to clean it with but had limited success. Simply put this is the worst room & facility we have ever stayed in & since we are both 80 that takes in a wide variety of facilities. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The one redeeming item was their Continental Breakfast. It deserves a passing grade.
