What a great Motel. The staff were so welcoming the motel was just how do I say “out of this world”. The rooms were lovely and clean the beds super comfy. The pool and Spa was excellent especially after a long day on the road we used the laundry no complaints there. And breakfast in the morning was just what you needed to start the day. Overall it was excellent.

I wanted to pull up to the door, no elevators, no dragging luuggage up stairs. I pulled up, went in and out in 1 min. They extended my stay easily. Theres 2 peep holes, a short one for kids to see who at the door and a tall one. Very clean. No loud automatic fan in thr bathroom. You can turn the fan on as you choose but dont have to listen to it the entire time youre getting ready. Coffee available all day.

Another hotel that advertises a pool and hot tub but they are broke. Limited breakfast items. Sign said with the low number of guests they limit items. After the first day didn’t try again the remaining 3 days. I stayed they a couple of years ago in the summer and it was ok but not as nice this time.

Great spot, right across from Dash Inn Beds were really really firm. Pool and hot tub have seen better days. We think maybe some one got into the hot tub with self tanner or something because the water was brown and that’s the only thing I can think of to give it the benefit of doubt. Staff was great!

Photos on Expedia were misleading. Only some rooms in this property have been upgraded. The carpet in our room was from the 1990’s, and there was a smell every time we walked into our room. The beds were HORRIBLE, so hard and uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was had a lot of choices.

We keep having problems with the room keys. Front desk was quick to fix, but it was a hassle. The 1st floor has a heavy mold or mildew smell. We didn't smell it in our room on the 2nd floor but walking in and out to the parking area it was rank. The room AC unit are crazy loud - for all the noise they made they didn't work any better. Bfast was basic but worked. Although they had a pancake maker but it never worked while we were there anyway. Oddly they pre-made the french toast and you had to re-heat which left them hard and not very good. We were in the area to hike and play so the room wasn't a highlight of our trip - It worked well enough but for a few dollars more I may look elsewhere next time.

I extended my trip to the Bighorns by a day and booked here. Had a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again! The only downside for me was that my pet friendly unit had an inside and outside door, and the outside door was damaged and hadn't been repaired. Would still recommend staying here!

It was okay but really cramped to have 2 queens in the room and all of the furniture, the beds hurt both my husband and I’s back. One of the outlets didn’t work. The door has to be forced shut and the deadbolt never was able to engage.

We stayed here in 2022 and loved it. But things have changed for the worse. We asked to me moved to another room with our dog because the room next door had a large boxer/pitbull. The room on the second floor smelled of urine and because it seemed such a hassle to the staff to move us, I just went and bought Lysol spray. The desk staff in the morning was great and understood but the afternoon staff was young and the owner? Mary was not a n a very good mood. She said our dog could only use the steps and not the elevator… thank goodness I was recovered from complete knee replacement… My husband couldn’t have done it with the back surgery he just couldn’t do it. I loved the hotel two years ago but not sure what happened. Will not stay there again. Back door key lock was not useable so could not access that door. Overall it is at best a 2 star hotel now. We should have moved to the holiday inn express or the Hampton. Just so sad that it has gone down hill . Great restaurant in town , the Occidental 😊

We were late checking in due to a travel delay, and even though we had pre-paid for our stay, we had an issue checking in. The staff was friendly, and the issue was quickly resolved, but there should not have been any issues with a room that was pre-paid in full. Our grandson enjoyed the pool, and the laundry facility was clean and convenient. We were in Buffalo for Longmire Days, and the hotel was conveniently located for that event. Even with the minor-issue at check-in, we would book here agiain.

The front desk attendant, Lisa, was extremely helpful in getting us checked in. She called Expedia to get our payment information, and we were so impressed by her professionalism and respectful tone as she spoke with the agent on the phone. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciate the parking spot just outside our door.

The Buffalo Sure Stay Plus was quiet, clean, and easy to access from the interstate. Our first floor room had a parking spot just outside our door, so we could unload our luggage easily. The front desk clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable about area gas prices and restaurants, and breakfast had many good options. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has been updated and we had newer carpet in our room, very clean. Outside of hotel was nicely kept up. Easy location and great front desk attendant when we checked in. Only complaint was breakfast, or the lack thereof. Both mornings we were there well before 10am, (8am one day and 9am the next) and no breakfast offerings other than coffee, and the 2nd day the coffee was ice cold. Otherwise a decent place.

It was pretty average for the price for it being Christmas Eve. There was out dated yogurt for Breakfast and took tenant a bit to get things restocked. Room was a little stuffy but can’t complain cause it was a pet room. Pool was definitely off a bit chemical wise and a little dirty.
