I liked the lobby upgrade and the breakfast options, the rooms we stayed in were dated. The pool was nice but the hot tub was dirty. There was a bug found on the floor in our room and stains on the sofa bed. The hair dryer in one of the rooms was sparking and the bath tub needed to be painted or replaced.

THERE IS NO EV CHARGER ON SITE the hotel needs a little bit of love, feels like no renovation was done since 1995, carpets in the room and hallways. Free breakfast was good, i guess for the price it was perfect but i picked this hotel for the ev charger but was very disapointed because the hotel doesn't have any on site

Hotel was "fine". Lobby area felt cluttered. Parking lot felt a bit tired. Corridor outside our room was underconstruction and felt tired. Actual room was clean, modern, modest, but good. Beds and linens were very nice. It was good for our quick stay in Burlington as we were just in town for a concert and didn't really care about hotel. Pool was out of service but hot tub was nice.

Our car was broken in through the window at night. No compensation was offered in any form from hotel management. In fact management + person at the reception refused to call the police and I had to call 911 myself. Labor weekend with the family in Boston was completely ruined due to inability to travels any further until the glass is fixed after the holidays. My 10 year old daughter is still shaken by the event. Overall terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone staying in this hotel - their parking areas are UNSAFE!

The bathroom was gross and the bedsheets had foreign hair all over it, and so did the bathroom tiles. They put us in an adjoining room unbeknownst to us which was a nightmare. The man next door was so loud at all hours of the night. It is a very noisy hotel and not the cleanest establishment unfortunately.

We stay here at least two or three times a year for the last few years. The location is convenient to downtown and to UVM, there's plenty of parking and even truck & trailer parking. The staff are always friendly and helpful, they are a large part why we always stay there when we come to Burlington. However, after this last stay, I don’t think we'll be back again. The doorknob to the bathroom was broken, the diverter in the shower was broken (we couldn't get a proper shower), and I woke up with what I realize now, are bedbug bites all over my arms and legs. I'm sure the room turnover is high, but the rooms need to be better maintained and cleaned.

We needed somewhere for one night passing through town. This hotel had a room available, but was way over priced at $300/night. The room smelled like a wet dog and was old and out dated. There were cheese puffs on the floor in the corner from a previous stay and the walls and ceiling had obvious previous water damage with staining. The tub caulking was moldy and not clean. This was definitely NOT worth $300/night and the rooms need some serious upgrades and deep cleaning.

Worst hotel/ motel experience in my life. Don’t even waste your time with this nasty place. Claims rooms are non-smoking but smelt like every room was hot boxed all night with cigarettes. I say every room because I had to request to change rooms 4 times. Each time a room smelt just as bad with a different type of odor. I didn’t want to have to get up and leave at 9pm to find another hotel, but I had my 2 year old son with me and I didn’t want him exposed to that environment. Wall paper peeling off the walls, shower had mold, water stains all across the top of the ceiling, a bunch of dust in the vents. Holes in the baseboard in the walls in the hallways, where I say insects crawling in and out of. Used new pictures from the renovated byline, but the put me in the old building with the older rooms. Then when I requested a refund for falsely advertising certain rooms, they said it’s against their policy. Do not bring your family to this place. The only good in that nasty building was the front desk lady on the night shift. Very accommodating, never gave an attitude when I asked to change my room. She was a sweet woman.

our room had several issues. It was very dirty rust in the tub. Also the heater smelled very bad The cabinet door holding the refrigerator was stuck open. the Safety lock to the outside had been broken and just painted over it was also very noisy. and for more than $200 a night it would be in much better condition Very Unexceptible!!!!!!

The shower head was not working properly, the Wi-Fi was terrible at best, the tv reception reminded me kf the old days where you had to smack it a few times before it began to work and even then it didn't. At the breakfast, the breakfast was finishing an hour before end time, but no replenishments.

This was exactly what I expected being a older hotel. Some wear and tear, but they were working on it with signs to apologize. I literally just slept and showered there anyway. Breakfast was good, again I just grabbed a yogurt, but they had waffles, pancakes, etc. All self serve, but a lot of choices. My only 2 issues...the slider did not lock or close all the way in my room and there was no TV channel listing. Both of which I lived with. Overall, I'd stay again.

In general it’s an adequate hotel. A bit old, but the room was large, the little balcony was nice. Easy to park and close from downtown and convenience store. No elevator though so be careful if you have special needs. Staff was nice. Some things need to be update such as the fan in the bathroom who was very loud, but so far it was a good experience

I had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to appear qt the front desk so I could check-in. I arrived at 9:45pm and was very exhausted. The customer service agent was not concerned nor very apologizetic.

I arrived very late and they granted me an extra hour. Both the gentleman who let me in at night as well as the two ladies who I interacted with during the day were truly kind and decent and despite my—perhaps—haggard looking condition, treated me kindly and with respect. The woman who helped me in the morning was especially patient and nice but naturally gave out a vibe that demanded respect and showed she was in charge, but in a professional and not at all overbearing manner. Let’s just say I was tired and not looking my best. I did my best to give her that respect she rightly deserved. I wouldn’t back indeed and next time use the pool and sauna, etc. Great little spot for the price and locale and I am truly grateful for the way I was treated and the experience in general.

Check in was ok. Person at desk was minimally welcoming. I was told that room 136 was in the other building on the second floor, “so park over there and go up,” with a half-point. There was nowhere to park where indicated, so I drove around back. I walked in to see rooms 130-135, and went up the steps (which were uneven and definitely not to code). Getting to room 136 took two more flights of steps, a small journey outside the building, and a lot of frustrated looking, with no sign ever indicating where 136 should be. The room looked ok on entry. The floor was creaky - I’m sure the people downstairs didn’t like me. The bathroom door had clearly been broken down at some point - a binding over the knob area kept it together. All in all, probably the least positive hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I booked a king bed room with a balcony. I didn’t realize there were no elevators. The receptionist switched it to a wheelchair accessible room with no questions asked! I’m in a wheelchair. My husband and I were very impressed

The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Used the hot tub which was nice. The indoor pool looked good too. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only downside was the bathroom needs improvement. Wall next to sink has a big dark, drippy-looking stain. Exterior of tub was dirty/marked up. Vanity corner was broken. Also, exterior hotel/parking area felt a little sketchy. That part of town is not great, in terms of feeling safe at night, etc. I was traveling alone with my dog and didn’t feel entirely safe taking him outside after 9pm. The way the hotel is configured, too, forces you to cross the parking lot to go to ice machine, pool, and lobby/breakfast room.

We had a nice stay at this Quality Inn. The room was clean, the front desk people were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Yes the hotel is beside a trafic road, however it is close to pretty much everything. Perfect for a short stay.

Great place stay clean, quiet and friendly. The one thing I didn’t care for is the breakfast no sausages or bacon just eggs and hash from a can. The waffles were great but they needed to put a little more effort on the breakfast
