Elevator was broke and my elderly brother with his medical issues had to climb stairs to the 4th floor. We were told that where we went through a third party, Expedia reservation, accessible rooms and rooms on the bottom floor was only for guest who reserved directly through Hilton. Suggested we go somewhere else. Sad

The room itself was nice enough (minus a torn contact lense on the bathroom floor and a clear elastic hair band on the bed), but there was only scalding hot water in the shower! No cold, cool, or even just warm no matter where you turned the lever! Since there was no room to move us to (not their fault), they gave us a key to a room on the floor below us to shower in. Very inconvenient for the price we paid!! I think a partial refund would be appropriate in a case like this...It felt like going to the shower room at a state park when camping. We don't even pay half what we paid here for that!

They did not have a Expedia reservation so I ended up having to re-pay for a night. I'm currently trying to get this refunded by Expedia - not sure what happened. Had the full confirmation on my end for the correct property and correct date but they could not find it. Hotel rooms were great, but the hallways were dirty and unkept.

Convenient and close to W&J College. The staff was very friendly and they were on top of replenishing breakfast items. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the walls are paper thin! We had the unfortunate luck of having a room on the first floor at the end of the hall near the indoor pool and a door leading outside and in between the stairwell going up and a room full of little kids who the adults left alone until really late. Had to crank the white noise!

I have no complaints regarding the usual concerns. However, the closet space isn't adequate for hanging clothes. The rack is too low for long clothes or your coat, and there is too little space to hang clothes for an extended stay. In addition, my clothes kept falling off the rack because there was nothing at the end of the pole to keep them on the rack. The counter around the sink doesn't give you enough room to put your toilet kit or make-up.

Really like our stay. We could have stayed in that room longer had we not been on the road with deadlines. We stayed there for two nights while traveling and to and from our destination. Our first night at the hotel was excellent with zero complaints. The second stay was not as nice as the first stay. The front staff when checking in was disorganized and borderline rude. It took them about 30 minutes to find us a room even though our reservation had been made months in advance. When we got to the room the water to the toilet was shut off and my husband, who has an above average knowledge of plumbing had to turn it back on. Additionally, our key cards stopped working the morning we checked out. Overall, in terms of cleanliness I would stay here again.
