What guests think

Across the reviews of Courtyard Lima, travelers often highlight very clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms, friendly front-desk service, and a convenient location near I-75 and restaurants, while noting that breakfast isn't included and parking carries an extra fee.

Many describe a quiet stay, though several reported disruptive hallway or adjoining-room noise on certain nights. Cleanliness is widely praised but inconsistencies appear, including missed items in fridges and bathrooms. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with minor drawbacks such as small TVs, firm pillows, spotty Wi-Fi, or light maintenance issues, making this a practical choice for a straightforward stopover.

The hotel was clean. I did not realize they charge you to park in their outside parking lot. $3.87 tax per day. You did not get free anything at this hotel. We could have stayed at a nicer place where parking is free, and you get a free breakfast. Hotel staff running around the hotel in their bikinis at night.

The hotel was nice, front desk staff polite and professional. I will say it would be nice if they were up front about there being a parking fee. Considering I paid almost 4oo$ for the room, I wouldn't think I would need to also pay almost 5$ a day in parking and not be told that would happen.

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Lima, this property fills the bill nicely. Not only was the room clean, quiet, and comfortable, but the atrium was pleasant and a nice setting for meeting with friends from the area. Highly recommended.

The lobby is clean, spacious and aesthetically appealing. My husband and I ate our dinner in the lobby and afterwards we relaxed in these amazingly comfortable lounge chairs near the television. I would suggest turning off the speakers above these chairs though because we couldnt hear the television over the music. The exercise room was clean and adequate except for the odd placement of the TV to the right of the machines instead of straight ahead. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with helping our kids hook up their Nintendo Switch and letting us into the exercise room which was not supposed to be locked. The room was clean and comfortable; however, there were only 3 pillows per bed and the night clerk said there weren't extras. It was overall a very nice and quiet stay, but I would just add that I can see hot breakfast items as being made to order and pay restaurant style; whereas there should be at least some fruit, yogurt and other cold items as complimentary. Lastly, we loved the noon checkout instead of 11:00🙂

The hotel was great! Staff was good. The second night we were there we had issues with the room adjoining ours as they were having a birthday party. Kids jumping on and off furniture, screaming and loud music. We complained and they stopped for a little bit, but then got louder. We called to complain and then asked to be moved. They did and the rest of the stay was great! Love this hotel. We stay once a month to attend the fun show at the fairgrounds as we live an hour and a half away.

Tim at the front desk was amazing. Rooms were great. They were very accommodating to our schedule with an early checking. Especially great because we had a wedding to get to and the hotel.
