Facility was clean and easily accessible. Everything in the room worked like it was supposed to. They have charging ports on the night stands with usb-A, usb-C and the standard 3 prong outlets, which came in handy considering I left my charging block at home. Would stay here again.

The room was sparkly clean. When I couldn’t get my door to open, the manager was there within a minute to assist. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. My only recommendation would be to do some additional touch ups around the outside. The stairwells could be washed down and the windows could use a cleaning. I will stay here again!

Excellent staff, helpful (but overworked at this busy property). Very convenient location just off I10, but lots of traffic--if you are pulling a cargo or flatbed trailer, access is a little tricky. Overall, it's clean, convenient and run by very friendly, nice people.

We were given an upstairs room and there was no elevator on the property. I should have said something when I booked it. We are an elderly couple and it was difficult to get our luggage up the stairs. There wasn't adequate parking either. We had to park quite a distance from the stairs to get to our room.

There were holes in the ceiling in the bathroom, the phone didn’t work in the room, the bathroom was not as clean as it should be. One of the staff used the hotel pool for a family party so the pool was almost unusable. Some members of this party were drinking and became obstinate and rude so we felt it was better to leave than stay. Overall the experience was very disappointing and feel like we grossly overpaid for such a poor experience

Upon check-in, the room's bedding exhibited visible stains, potentially indicative of blood or fecal matter, and the sheets emitted an unpleasant odor reminiscent of stagnant water. Despite attempts to secure alternative accommodations, availability was limited. The restroom contained used, unflushed paper, and the floors remained unkempt throughout our stay, with trash receptacles unattended. Breakfast options were limited to waffles and bagels, lacking essential components such as milk for cereal. We will not be returning due to the unsatisfactory conditions.

Extremely disturbing !!!
