Urban-Chic King Suite Near SIU Carbondale

I almost don’t want to write this review because I don’t want everyone else to find out about this incredible little gem, but it really deserves it. When I first saw the photos, I honestly thought it might be too good to be true, but the place was exactly as advertised — and even better. The communication was great before check-in, access was easy, and everything felt smooth from start to finish. The suite was super clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a true open feel that made it seem more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The location is fantastic if you’re staying near SIU. I was able to walk everywhere, grab groceries, and basically have my own little apartment for a few days while visiting Carbondale. For anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish place close to campus, this is absolutely worth the price. My only complaint is that I hope there’s still a room available the next time I’m in town.

The property is comfortable and clean, well supplied with the essentials. The bed was very comfortable. It's commendable that the host is completely upfront about climbing stairs.

The apartment is well appointed and clean. Coffee was good. Urban chic is a great description. We realized we are more in our comfy cozy era than in our urban chic era.

Great value for the space. The building and the entryway/stairs are very industrial, but the unit itself is just as pictured, clean and comfortable. Quiet building, although the surrounding streets were a bit noisy. (Not surprising right across from SIU.) It's the perfect location if you're visiting campus.
