Resort Like Oasis: 7BR Home, Pool, Hot Tub & Bar

We had a wonderful time here! The host was accommodating and communicative. We had an issue at one point and he came over to fix it. The checkout process was so easy! We all loved the pool! We used all the amenities: pool, slide, hot tub, fire pit, grill, putting green, futsol, ping pong, etc. We had all lived in San Diego at some point so touristy things weren’t important to us but we had planned to go out a few times to just have things to do. We ended up only going to the beach for a few hours one day and stayed at the house the rest of the time because we enjoyed what was at the house so much. Getting to the airport and other attractions was easy though from this location. Pet friendly was a big deal to us. Also of note, we had two wheel chairs and there was at least one bedroom and bathroom that had wide enough doors. There is a step to get in but we were able to pop a wheelie to get over it with assistance. Same with the back sliding door. The large bathroom doesn’t have grab bars or a shower bench but we brought our own shower chair and that helped. I wouldn’t say it’s ADA but for someone who is in a manual chair, we were able to make it work. Overall we had a great time!

This place was amazing. Perfect for our group of 4 families with kids. So much space, so many rooms. The pool was fantastic comes with some great toys. The kitchen was great had more than enough pans and silverware. Comes with salt and pepper but no other spices. Had Tupperware which is rare but super useful. 2 washers and dryers to keep up with cleaning the towels. The house is really really quiet which allowed for the adults to hang out and have fun even after the kids went to bed. Only negatives were there is no pool table anymore as the pictures show and the house takes a while to cool down in the summer heat and there are a couple rooms without great air flow. Honestly nothing else I would add to this place though. If we ever host a big multi family event in San Diego again we will for sure be back

Our grands spent most of our free time in the pool, which is one of a kind! Seven bedrooms were perfect for our family group. The home isn't super-fancy, but very comfortable.Host Kevin is a very good communicator, and readily answers any questions. Location is convenient to San Diego, and to the surrounding area.

Very accommodating, and a fun place!!

Kevin was fantastic as a host. The house was clean and has a friendly environment. It is car dependent but little to no traffic to the places we went. Appreciate Kevin allowing us to check in early. The pool and backyard were amazing.
