I will start by saying that I think most of my complaints stem from the fact that we stayed in a privately-owned unit which is managed by a third party and NOT managed by Newpark. We’ve stayed here before and that time we booked directly with Newpark and had a much better experience. But THIS room had issues. The fireplace was broken, the hot tub had a ring of dirt around the water line and sand in the bottom, there was no curtain covering the right side of the windows, and the curtain rod was hanging off. Otherwise, we love this property and the hot tub balcony is epic. This particular unit was disappointing.

Overall it worth the money. Pay to have a private hot tub that's like warm at best. Pillows are massive and there's no smaller option. Condos are clean-ish but don't look at the details.

The hot tub on the balcony was one of our favorite parts of this room! The fireplace, spaciousness, and fully stocked kitchen, were all part of what made our stay so enjoyable. The only downside of the room was the noise outside that started around 7am. Not sure what it was, but it is near a mall so it may have been trucks loading or unloading nearby.

We enjoyed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom condo. Was fairly clean, few items missed by a broom or vacuum. Perfect amount of linens provided for our stay. Kitchen was clean and tidy. Had all the basics we needed. We enjoyed making a few meals in the kitchen. Full size fridge with ice maker. Furniture may be a little outdated and well used. But worked out just fine. Four person hot tub was perfect for the two of us. Was well kept and clean. Front desk was very kind and informative. Very welcoming. We did not use any other hotel amenities. But a quick peek at the pool it seemed decent. It was both inside/outside pool. Paid covered parking was nice.

The unit shows a little wear, but overall it was clean and had everything we needed. We could have used more bath towels (only two provided.) The hot tub had someone else's bikini bottoms left in it. The hot tub itself was grimy and needs to be cleaned. The pillows were very thick and firm and were uncomfortable to sleep on.

My only single complaint was the pillows were too hard so that should tell you just how well it went. Such a great area to walk and eat and the pool was fantastic. My children had such a great time. Just what we needed for a weekend getaway.

Booked for the private balcony with hot tub and it was amazing! Pleasantly surprised by all the other features, fireplace in room, full size fridge, washer and dryer, plus a wonderful bathroom: double sink, glass shower & huge double soak bathtub. Wish we had more time to enjoy it all. TV was the only downside, too small, esp if you want to watch from the bed. BUT with all the other amenities we made better use of our time.

We have stayed at the Newpark before (not booked through a third party) and had a great experience. This time, I wasn’t aware it was through a 3rd party and that the hotel would have no connection to our stay. We had no cable, were unable to connect to any of our TV apps and only had live Roku Tv. The WiFi was unreliable- I was unable to work or upload videos from a sports camera on the network. There was a huge black hairball in the shower and lots of dirty spots on the counter. We really like the Newpark resort and will stay again but will book directly through the hotel to ensure we have housekeeping and cable.

Bathroom had dried urine still in the seat. Bathtub looked damaged or so dirty it wasn’t usable. A/C did not work at night. I’m not spending this amount of money to keep calling front desks or support. I’d rather spend my money at other properties that are kept up, clean, and functional. Recommend not staying here.

I wanted to love this hotel. The price was amazing for this studio. The bed and pilllows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks. The kitchen area was practical and you gotta love the washer/dryer. Didn’t use the hot tub as it was a heatwave when I was there in August 2025. However, the bed was extremely high and I’m 5’8”. There was a wasp nest in the exterior lighting. A deck chair seat was ripped and completely unusable. The furniture was not comfortable. The shower had black hair snarled in the drain. While the location is great, you are in large shopping area and I could hear delivery trucks early every morning during my 3 night stay.

Had a great little getaway at Newpark. I love the location. The room was comfortable and the hot tub on the balcony was awesome. It was nice to have a space to prepare food and our own washer and dryer as well. We will be back.

The suite was bigger than expected and was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the nice bathroom tub and hot tub on the balcony. The view from the 4th floor was beautiful, as it faced the mountains. The king size bed was pretty comfortable. My feedback is the AC didn’t work very well and we wish there were fans available. Also, the TV is quite small and they don’t have any outlets to plug your phone in by the bed, the nearest was the kitchen area. The hotel didn’t offer any continental breakfast options, so went to places nearby for coffee and food (Cupla Coffee).

I love having the hot tub on the deck. The property staff were very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed with the TV situation - it didn’t have Hulu or Netflix as advertised, and it was far away from the bed and very small.

We enjoyed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom condo. Was fairly clean, few items missed by a broom or vacuum. Perfect amount of linens provided for our stay. Kitchen was clean and tidy. Had all the basics we needed. We enjoyed making a few meals in the kitchen. Full size fridge with ice maker. Furniture may be a little outdated and well used. But worked out just fine. Four person hot tub was perfect for the two of us. Was well kept and clean. Front desk was very kind and informative. Very welcoming. We did not use any other hotel amenities. I made a reservation but was told that I didn’t have one and i also called the resort and they said that there was no reservation on file. I used the app to book a room again and this time I did get a confirmation email so we showed up and the front desk lady informed us we now had two reservations and that I would need to call Expedia for a refund. When I did that I was told there would be no refund and I got no compensation whatsoever. It would be one thing if I was just cancelling because I changed my mind but I was booked twice and wasn’t allowed to cancel for a room that I didn’t even use due to an error with your system.

Pros - Prime location. Close to restaurants, activities, shopping. - Pool was nice, indoor/outdoor. My favorite hotel pool by far. - The room and site was clean. -Bathroom was spacious and nice. - Friendly staff. Cons - Not owned by the hotel. Participation final I wished it was more clear when booking here that once we checked in, we did not have the support of the front desk and housekeeping staff. We had no housekeeping while we were there. For how much per night amenities should be too notch. Suana had a whole in the cement. Steam room was filthy. Personal hot tub was wonderful. Beds were uncomfortable.

I loved how many shops and restaurants were near by. The staff was amazing, but since we booked through a 3rd party it was hard to get things fixed. The ac was broken, the fire alarm was beeping, and that was in our second room thay we had after our first room wasnt cleaned or ready for us to stay in. Happy with everything but the room.

Had a great little getaway at Newpark. I love the location. The room was comfortable and the hot tub on the balcony was awesome. It was nice to have a space to prepare food and our own washer and dryer as well. We will be back.

The hot tub on the balcony was one of our favorite parts of this room! The fireplace, spaciousness, and fully stocked kitchen, were all part of what made our stay so enjoyable. The only downside of the room was the noise outside that started around 7am. Not sure what it was, but it is near a mall so it may have been trucks loading or unloading nearby.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the location with coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and grocery store all within walking distance. The unit shows a little wear, but overall it was clean and had everything we needed. We could have used more bath towels (only two provided.) The hot tub had someone else's bikini bottoms left in it. The hot tub itself was grimy and needs to be cleaned. The pillows were very thick and firm and were uncomfortable to sleep on.

The suite was bigger than expected and was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the nice bathroom tub and hot tub on the balcony. The view from the 4th floor was beautiful, as it faced the mountains. The king size bed was pretty comfortable. My feedback is the AC didn’t work very well and we wish there were fans available. Also, the TV is quite small and they don’t have any outlets to plug your phone in by the bed, the nearest was the kitchen area. The hotel didn’t offer any continental breakfast options, so went to places nearby for coffee and food (Cupla Coffee).

So cozy! My kids loved the pool and having our own private hot tub. It had everything we needed and then some. It was such a nice getaway and really convenient to have so much within walking distance or just a quick drive. We loved our stay!

We really liked our stay here! Honestly the only complaint was with the pull out bed, it definitely needs to be upgraded/repaired. Thankfully our toddler was the one sleeping on it and fit in between where the bars jutted into the mattress uncomfortably, but there’s no way an adult could sleep there. Otherwise, everything was great. Having our own hot tub was amazing.
