Great location- across the street from MOA and right at the Metro line pick up. Rooms are good size. Pool is nice but was packed - it was a weekend and summer so that’s expected. Managers cocktail hour is nice and there is an onsite bar as well. Breakfast buffet was great- made to order omelets and nice selection of other items. We were 4 adults and 2 kids so this property worked well for us.

We got in really late and were exhausted, and as I tucked my 9-year-old into her bed, she said, "Mom, it's wet!" I thought maybe the sheets just didn't get a full dry cycle so I made the mistake of sticking my nose in them. They'd been peed in. And the bed had been made around it. Talk about disgusting. They gave us a different room, but come on. Do better.

I liked the breakfast and ease of the property. I did not like that our shower drain was plugged when we arrived so it wouldn’t drain properly for showers and left yuck in the tub. And mold in shower. Also didn’t like that cleaning crew came and asked when you were in room to clean or else didn’t. We shouldn’t have to leave at 10am.

The hotel was very noisy, even at night. Also there was a fight that wasn't broken up by staff and we felt unsafe leaving our room, causing delays to our plans. Our room (315) also had mold around the windows and in the bathroom. The female at the front desk was so rude.

Wasn’t impressed at all. Came to our room and the room still had sticky stuff all over the tables and stuff on the floors. Went to front desk and the manager had the housekeeper come back up and clean the room again. This was unsuccessful again. The sticky spots were still there. Elevator is broken. Won’t open up while you are in it. Had to go down a floor to take the stairwell up to the 10th floor.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were visible dirty spots on the balcony door, and the carpet had a sticky substance on it, which was very unpleasant. To make matters worse, even though the hotel advertises itself as smoke-free, our room reeked of cigarette smoke. This was especially upsetting as I was traveling with my babies, and the odor made our stay very uncomfortable. Despite these issues, I want to highlight that the staff was nice and courteous throughout our stay, which was one positive aspect of the experience. However, cleanliness and adherence to smoke-free policies are basic expectations for any hotel, and unfortunately, this stay fell far short of that. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them for future guests.

This is our go-to place to stay in the Twin Cities; we've been coming here for a long time. My only constructive feedback is that the rooms are getting a little dated, but they're clean and consistent. Great complimentary breakfast option and close to everything. Love the fact of the bigger rooms but hate the fact the AC didn't work worth a damn. I couldn't get the room below 76 degrees. Horrible but we didn't want to change rooms as we only had 7 hours to rest. As that would take so much time. Check the AC units please as I don't want that to happen to others. We left at 430 am so it wasn't worth it to complain but NEXT time I will.

No air conditioning option for our room. The maintenance man brought us a fan and told us “open the window for a bit more air”. He also told us the system is set to only offer heating this time of year (March). It was in the 60s outside and our room stayed above 75 the entire night. The window only opens 4-5” (for safety) and was not enough to help the situation. One top of that when your staying near the airport, the constant airplane noises Make it tough to have the windows open. We had a terrible night and got essentially zero sleep. So disappointed.

Friendly staff, relatively clean close to airport and MOA great breakfast. It was a very warm day out in March so our room was 78 degrees even through the night. They told us the ac had not been turned on for summer but it was uncomfortably hot the entire night even with 2 box fans running they had given us to use.

The stay was great, except the temperature in the room was very warm, and the HVAC system they told me is one setting, either heating or cooling, and during this transition period in the spring they had it on heat but it was way too hot in the room. We could not cool it down and had to ask them for a fan and get some airflow, but it was very disappointing for a nice property that you couldn't use the AC during the winter and seasonal transitions.

The hotel is nice and I do like the location, close to the mall. The part we didn’t like is I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast, it is a free buffet which is nice but it’s nothing special. And it’s very loud in the morning. We were woken up by planes, neighbors running water and kids running up and down the halls

The stay overall was pleasant. Until I was charged with fees I was not told about. The front desk needs to be more transparent to guests at check in. I was never told of any parking fees. I was also told by the front desk lady that I had booked a “premium” room so the snacks and drinks were complimentary. this ended up be charged to my card. What a sneaky way to get additional charges onto guest’s cards. After speaking to the hotel staff, they did take the charges off but reprimanded me for not knowing their policies. No- you need to invest in more staff training because your staff needs to be better trained at their job. They shouldn’t give false information.

Initially, when we checked in, we were assigned a room and went to try to open the door. The key cards weren’t working, so we went back downstairs to the front desk. They recalibrated the cards, and when we went back upstairs, the door did open. However, we found that the room was already occupied, with someone’s backpack on the sofa. This was very discouraging. Although the gentleman who checked us in was pleasant despite the mistake. Overall, it was a good experience. We were able to use the shuttle to transfer to and from our terminal, which was very convenient. Breakfast was okay, though I wish there had been more options in the self-serve section. The snacks provided for all guests in the evening were a nice touch, along with the two complimentary drinks we received. Later, we decided to try the hotel restaurant, and to our surprise, it was amazing—the food was wonderful, and the service was great.

Overall stay was good. Found clothes stuck under the couch from someone's previous stay so that was gross. Bathroom was really small in the room so very hard for 2 people to get ready for the day. Ordered room service one night and burger was raw they did credit me back for it and the guy was apologetic but we had to leave so didn't have time for them to remake it for us the next night my kids wanted ice cream but no one answered when calling for room service so we gave up. Overall the front desk was great and easy to work with.

Like all Embassy Suites, this was a very nice hotel with a decent manager's reception & breakfast. The one complaint that we had was that the weekend breakfast didn't begin until 7:30 am. That was pretty late for many people (multiple youth baseball teams were in the hotel) & lots joined us in waiting in line to get food.

Great experience overall. Big room, free made to order breakfast until 10am. Young man at front desk, (maybe Mike?) recommended an Italian restaurant that was great. Nice that it was close to airport with a morning departure too.

The hotel was nice as always, great breakfast. My only disappointment was that I thought that I had reserved with the “stay,park,go so parking for several days would be included. Granted I must have made a mistake in signing up but the hotel staff made no attempt to help and it ended up costing close to an additional 200.00 to park there.

It's a bummer to have to pay for parking ($16 a night I believe). They did have a complimentary breakfast (with made to order omelets-yum). As far as breakfasts go, it was a good satisfying breakfast. They rooms are nice and big, as well. We will stay here again in the future.
