Property at a very congested location with lots of construction.Upon entering bathroom after checking in, a huge COCKROACH on wall. Reported it to desk and multiple times asked for bug spray...NOTHING!! Went for ice and machine not working tho plugged in. Also no lighting! Also, floor sticky and dirty. Breakfast was okay with eggs and sausage. Appeared room underwent recent renovation?? 2 stars. Staff HAD NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

A clean, comfortable room with a great pool and great breakfast for an unbelievably low price. The only drawback is it is located in a location in Louisiana that is not close to many activities. I was visiting someone who lived in that area so it was perfect for me, but if you are looking to do a lot of activities, they are not close by.

I’ve stayed at this motel a few times. This time I was in room 156. The ac wouldn’t go below 75 in the room. One of the wall outlets didn’t work. First day I was there I went to the pool and it was chained locked. They said they had put chemicals in the pool. The second day it was still chained shut so the front desk called her boss and said they would open it up. Last time I stayed there only 1 light in the whole room worked so they changed my room. It’s convenient with it being situated near the truck stop but I’m starting to look for other options.

The staff were pretty good overall but the hotel room was disappointing. When we entered the room there was a dirty towel on the floor and the bed had stains as well as the chair. The pool was only accessible for one day when we stayed for an entire week the lady at the front desk said there was a thunderstorm there wasn’t, and the manager did not help at all with the issues in our room. Extremely hot inside would not recommend.

The lady at the desk was amazing!!!! The rooms were not clean. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. Dead crunchy cockroach on the floor. The hot water was Luke warm at Best. They barely put out any hot breakfast at a time. No hot breakfast on Sundays. Not impressed with this place.

This stay was disappointing for a few reasons. The water for the shower was lukewarm no matter what time of day. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The room was never cleaned during our stay (we were there two nights). The microwave was disgusting and the floors were dirty.

The place is priced low for a reason. It a terrible place. It is unsuitable for anyone who likes clean sanitary hotel room. Booked it because the only other hotel was overpriced by $140 night. Stay anywhere but this Days Inn location. Very disappointed in the hotel & overall chain.

I highly recommend to not stay here , we had roaches , spiders , and other bugs inside our room . I stayed here with my wife and two small Children . The rooms are up to date just a lot of bugs . The worst part came when house keeping came knocking at our door over 5 times even after I told her I was checking out at 11 . The last time she came was at 10:55 and she said you got 5 minutes and insulted with racial names . I stayed quiet and kept my cool . I talked to management about it and it seem like they didn’t care . Will never stay at this location again!

There were people fighting and arguing outside my room which scared me and my dog no Wi-Fi at all could be connected as well and unaware of the $100.00 extra deposit which was the most I’ve ever been asked to pay at a hotel let alone an outdoor hotel which basically had only a sheet on the bed I had to go buy a blanket

2nd room was good. We did have water come in when it rained. Ac worked well. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Now they are getting rid of breakfast. Price for the room was good with breakfast. Now will probably find another place to stay since they are bringing in vending machines. Over all an ok place to sleep for the few days we were in town. The beds were hard but clean.

The room was very clean and seemed like it had been updated. I had a suite that was like having two rooms in one. There was a living room area with a sofa that made into a bed, a bedroom with two queen beds and two bathrooms. There was a tv and frig in both rooms. My room was on the back side of the property near an air field. I didn't hear the planes and the interstate is near by but I didn't hear anything. The staff was very friendly. If ever in the area again will definitely stay there again.

The motel was pretty clean, but that's the nicest thing I can say. The tv's are very small, the towels are pretty worn, and the air conditioner was very loud. It is right of the freeway, so considering it is right next to a run down hotel and the doors are on the outside of the building, I did not feel very safe. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, very limited options. In fact, the friend we were visiting, who lives in the town, thought the motel was abandoned. I would not book here again.

I clearly left my watch in the room. It was an Apple Watch. I called the front desk for them to check who cleaned the room, but nobody got back to me. I clearly left it on the charger on the floor charging. There’s no doubt in my mind that the crew that clean the room took my watch. The watch kept showing up in JENNINGS for a couple of weeks before I had to erase it. The staff never got back with me. I never questioned the cleaning crew for that room to my knowledge.

It was easy to get to. The hospitality team was awesome. Twice they went the extra mile for us. We needed some cream for coffee, and the clerk opened up the breakfast room to get it for us. She also had our receipts ready for us before we got out of the car. It's like she read our minds!

Service was poor & cleaniness is not too good....Reservation was for a queen. They only had a king left. Instead of just putting me in what was available, they had to call the boss numerous times between two of them...Grounds & Room have much to be desired. charged me $100 incidentals. Went to get my credit the next morning and girl at the front desk states that will not be credited back until later in the week once housekeeping gets the room cleaned up. Loved that it was right next to my plane’s parking this past weekend for our Short takeoff and landing competition. A little loud with traffic, but not too bad. Bed was very comfortable. It just needs an option for a late check out.

The room itself was ok, the property was littered with trash and I reserved a king/smoking room upon arrival they said they did not have my prepaid reserved room type available and offered a non smoking room. Beds are on the hard side and contrary to what is stated in the description they do not serve breakfast anymore just grab and go selection that is minimal at best

It was okay for the night. Stains on pillows and towels. The breakfast wasn’t that great. The waffle mix was either salty or going bad because they did not taste well at all. Things ran out like egg and utensils but were not refilled. It was decent for the price.

The room was pristine. It was perfect in every way. I would recommend this motel to anyone. The staff was very friendly. In addition to the room fee; there is also a deposit fee when you get to the motel... (this helps to deter theft of items in the room), but don't worry...you get it back when you check out...they are very honest. The dining area is absolutely beautiful! It was a treat to stay there.
