I liked the location of this property. Room was clean and breakfast was the best. Breakfast had a lot of options. Location was convenient to where we needed to go. The only complaint is that the pool was closed the entire stay. We picked this hotel for the pool and were very disappointed that it was closed during our stay. The staff did not offer a coupon or a discount on our next stay so that was not good customer service. I wish that they would have then I would have come back if they did but now I won't. Please do better on the customer service.

Our stay was not horrible, but for the amount we paid I think there were higher expectations. This was an outdated property, small rooms, and had an “older” vibe about it. Although the front desk staff was amazing and would receive all the credit in customer service, we experienced housekeeping staff yelling and cussing from a near by room which put a bad taste in our mouth. They had good coffee available 24/7 in the lobby coffee bar, and some addicting chocolate chip cookies offered at no charge. The indoor pool area was nice, however had a broken hot tub left with a generic out of order sign with no sense of urgency to fix it. This was disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose to book the location. One indoor pool, two hot tub, three pet friendly (which someone complained about our dog barking and we decided to take the dog somewhere else for the remainder of our stay) The best thing about this location is the free breakfast which had several options from hot and cold available daily. Overall a 4 rating but if we had to make the decision again, we would not stay here for the value.

I wish pool would be open later. After long day at Hershey… pool closes at 9 pm. The Buffet staff… super nice!!! Be nice too them & take some money to tip them, they’ve earned it!

Property was great. Very family friendly! The room was big and very accommodation. There is a pool and hot tub that is clean and big.. the free breakfast in the morning is amazing so much variety hot and cold. Breakfast is juices coffees tea anything you could ever want for breakfast! And it’s from 6:30 to 10:30 which was perfect for our schedule. Very friendly staff will definitely stay again if we ever need to be in this area again. New favorite hotel chain.

We stayed for 3 nights and had no issues the whole time. Gym was excellent, one of the best I’ve been in at a hotel. Continental breakfast was amazing, they did not run out of food and it was good stuff!

The room was clean but it had a funky smell. The air conditioner helped that. The outlets were far and few between and the one by the sink didn’t work so I had to plug the hair dryer in on one of the lamps and I couldn’t see in a mirror which I was drying my hair. The iron heated up but no steam so I couldn’t iron my clothes. On the positive side, the bath and shower were both good, we had plenty of towels, toilet paper and tissue. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel. The room smelled horrible, like wet moldy dog. It was incredibly noisy, both from the nearby freeway, the parking lot (cars parked right up against the windows) and people next to and above slamming doors and thumping around at all hours. I requested a room change the next morning but the room we were put in smelled worse, and the construction dust would’ve prevented us from opening the window. The front desk person was visibly annoyed when I said I would stay in our original room. I took the lesser of two terrible rooms. The second night I was greeted by running roaches when I went to the bathroom. Disgusting.

This hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had many options. Property around hotel was well kept. Pool and Jacuzzi was clean. This is a pet friendly hotel and there was a nice grassy area to walk your dog. Unfortunately, people didn't clean up after their dogs. We will probably return in future, but if we do we'll get a larger room. Bathroom in the double queen was cramped. Lastly, the TV channel choices were few. When asked about this at the front desk the clerk said they were having issues with the Comcast service.

My comforter was dirty with what looked like a lip stick stain. The elevator was very old and squeaked when it moved. The room furniture was old and outdated including the TV. The staff was great, breakfast was good. The gym and pool area was updated and nice but the rest of the hotel screamed 1990s.

We stayed in a family room. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean, except the carpet felt tackey, maybe because the room was very damp. The only real complaints we had was the highway beside the hotel and the set-up of the bathroom. The tub and toilet were together behind a door. The sink was outside the door. There was nowhere to put your stuff while showering. And because the sink was separate from the shower area, there really was no privacy for changing. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food. Overall, it was a good stay.

Nicole, the young lady working the front desk was so very helpful and very informative in anything I had to ask her. I love the fact that the rooms have mini keurig's in them because that's what I'm used to every morning. We made a quick trip to Wal-Mart for me to grab what I needed for my coffee and I was set for the next morning. The breakfast was by far one of the BEST I'VE EVER HAD FROM ANY HOTEL ANYWHERE I'VE STAYED. I'll definitely be looking to staying at another SureStay Plus in the near future.

Overall the lobby, kitchen area and room were noticeably clean. Most of the staff were pleasant however there were others who where viewed as displeased with our arrival as minority visitors. My colleague and I traveled to the area to participate in a 4 day training, but decided to leave early due to the uncomfortable air and unspoken behaviors of some employees. Given the pungent smell in the area, there appeared to be a humidifier in the room. After the second day it stopped working and we had to empty out the accumulated water in the tank. Also after the first day, a request for housekeeping was made. Despite housekeeping noting they cleaned the room, no one visited to provide a change of towels or change the linens. We were highly disappointed in our stay at this Best Western and an email was forwarded to management as a result.

We had a very nice stay here. It is right off the highway but tucked in a quiet area. It was convenient to get back on the highway and start traveling again. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were very happy with our complimentary breakfast. So many choices to choose from!!!! Hot and cold options. Everything from cereal, fruit and muffins to biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage and eggs. Excellent breakfast offed. Friendly staff.

My stay was short but great the facility was warm, clean, and the staff was nice. Breakfast on the other hand was not very good to me only because I could tell the eggs were powdered eggs and the breakfast meat was no better but the cold breakfast was good like yogurt and cereals.

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night to attend a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. It is only 10 minutes down the road with plenty of dining options a couple miles away. The complimentary breakfast was top notch with TONS of offerings including fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, diy waffles, greek yogurt, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, etc. The second day due to all the athletes piling their plates high with food, there was a slow down, but the wonderful workers caught up in no time. The room was spacious enough for 3 of us and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The one thing that could be changed is the shower head... It was either too intense, or too dribbly, and early showers resulted in the water screaming. Other than that, everyone was super friendly and helpful and the area was quiet and convenient.
